I order a handy and spent over 200 and never got it ...the ai agent can't find my order....and you cannot reach a live agent ..now I have to do a dispute

Not only did they ship me a defective product, but they also made the return process as painful and frustrating as possible. Every time I reached out, their response was the same: “Send us a video of what it's doing.” Despite me giving them a clear explanation! I told them I wasn’t able to provide one. They didn’t care. They had no interest in working with me or offering another solution — just a robotic insistence on jumping through their arbitrary hoop.

Let’s be honest: this is a stall tactic. They’re hoping you'll give up and go away.

I’ve done everything a reasonable customer should be expected to do. They’ve done everything they can to avoid taking responsibility.

Since they refuse to handle this properly, I’ve initiated a chargeback with my bank. I’ll also be warning as many people as I can.

If you’re considering buying from Ohdoki or ordering The Handy, don’t. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted money, and the awkward conversation with your bank about why you're trying to get refunded for a broken sex toy.

This company doesn’t deserve your business. They deserve to be exposed.

I placed an order and short time later I wanted to change the order and asked for a cancellation.
Funny how they just answered me after the order was already shipped. Now they will keep 20 EUR for the refund process. Intolerable!

After only intermittently working, it one day completely stopped working. I've reached out to customer support, and rather than replacing a faulty unit, they offered that I'd buy another one with a 40% discount. When I was ready to purchase, the customer support rep, Vitor, said I waited too long (although there was no timeline mentioned) and there was nothing else they were willing to do. This was the most unusual customer service experience I've had and stops me from purchasing another unit from them.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from the device. The costs are about 150 bucks too high, the technology is incredibly bare bones and the feeling of it all is the worst toy I ever had.

its not strong , or maybe for not big dudes its maybe ok , but for me its was a waste of money ... and actually, i knew immediately after receiving it , without using it ... i tried to send back, totally new , and they didn't let me ... really bad customer service ... watch out before purchasing , really a pain in the ass to connect to bluetooth, it doesn't have a-battery, or you plugged or you cant use .

Finally decided to purchase their product and was surprisingly happy. It took me some understanding to set it up but after that, it litteraly blow my mind.

I am so angry that I allowed myself to get scammed out of $200 from this company. The device is NOT user friendly, it took a multitude of attempts before it finally connected, and then it would constantly disconnect from the DEOVR app. Btw, despite being connected and synced, never worked with the scripts. I want a refund! You can see from the reviews of this app how horrendous it is. Overpriced and nonfunctional and the devs behind this clearly have no idea what they are doing and released a product that needs A LOT of work. The device and app are not intuitive at all. Even with an extensive technical background I was struggling attempting to make this device work. I will ensure my review(s) are seen far and wide unless this company refunds every penny spent on this garbage.

Great product, I was instantly hooked. Much better than fleshlight that you have to operate manually, plus you can adjust the tightness with the handy which is great.

Got mine years ago. Useless paperweight!

Great toy, but for the initial price you would expect them not to continue to rip you off with their sleeve prices. Most are over £40 and £33 delivery. Honestly not sure how some companies can think we are all just stupid

Super godt produkt.

Jeg har prøvet lidt forskelligt, men denne her gør det bare rigtigt. Der er så mange muligheder angående sleeves, software. Den er overraskende let, men stærk i motoren samtidige. Super nem at sætte op og komme igang. Det er klart det bedste jeg har ejet, og så er det skønt det ikke er et Kina produkt. Kundeservice er lyn hurtigt, hvis man har et spørgsmål. Den er alle pengene værd. Jeg har spildt så mange penge på dårlige produkter gennem tiden, men endelig var der gevinst.

Hard pass.

Super expensive for something that barely works. Awkward to use. Not happy.
