Amazing Service!
Very pleasant and efficient person on the telephone who took my details and I was booked in for a hearing test within 3 days! On the day I so impressed that I actually came away with 2 hearing aids and information user guide. The lovely lady who did the test said any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us. NHS Hearing Aids provision
I was very professionally treated by Mr Pranash James; who explained each step of the introductory process, then proceeded to do a hearing test and provided me with new hearing aids, and also how to acquire spares as and when I need them.

Two years ago I got the carriage to get my ears tested . Went to Brundall . I needed both sides a hearing aids state of the art amazing service . Mansoora Beebi Khader Treated me she has a smile very helpful not rushed and very patient. Nothing is too much trouble .I went as a NHS patient and very please with thanks

The audiologist, jithinraj, was exceptionally thorough and professional. He explained every detail and made it very un stressful.

My Audiologist explained everything brilliantly and was kind, considerate and helpful. My new aids are enhancing my life. I particularly like the ability to adjust the aids for every circumstance using my smartphone. Thank you.

Smooth from start to finish
Smooth from start to finish. The audiologist (Harisanker) put me at ease straight away. Introductory questions were asked and noted. Harisanker started the test and explained what was going to happen. The test was completed smoothly and Harisanker made it clear when it had finished. After the actual test had completed, Harisanker explained the results and have me options for how to proceed. A very pleasant experience.

Very pleased with my new hearing aids
Very pleased with my new hearing aids, making a big differance to everyday conversations and watching TV. The audiologist (Navami) was through and professional, the location at Fakenham was easy to access with plenty of parking.
Highly recommend.

There was nothing to be concerned with.The whole consultation was informative & positive.
The Audiologist was most helpful & explained everything in great detail.
I was given the opportunity to ask questions if there was anything I did not understand.
I feel confident I have made the right decision in choosing to wear hearing aids.

Excellent hearing test
Excellent hearing test. Everything was explained to me very clearly. My slight hearing problem was also explained to me and I now understand my hearing problem. The young lady was very helpful and considerate. Definitely highly recommended.
