I would highly recommend Carrie as a holiday planner. She provides a very personal service, takes the time to really listen to your requirements, and always gets it right. Her attention to detail and commitment to finding the perfect holiday make the whole process stress-free. I will definitely be using her again in the future.

We couldn’t recommend Carrie highly enough for organising our incredible summer holiday to the USA.
From the very beginning, Carrie took all the stress out of planning what was quite a complicated trip. We flew into San Francisco, then drove to Yosemite, on to Las Vegas and finally Los Angeles, and Carrie organised everything for us, including our flights, hotels and the route between each destination.
Everything was so well planned and the hotels she chose were fantastic. Having the route and itinerary sorted meant we could simply enjoy the holiday without constantly worrying about what needed to be booked or where we needed to go next.
What really stood out, though, was the support we received throughout the holiday. Carrie kept in regular contact with us while we were away and was always available if we had a question or needed some help. When one of the hotels tried to overcharge us, Carrie stepped in and was incredibly supportive in helping us resolve the issue. Knowing that someone was there to help, even while we were thousands of miles from home, gave us real peace of mind.
The whole experience was professional, friendly and completely stress-free. Carrie clearly cares about her customers and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible holiday.
Our trip was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was down to Carrie’s organisation and support. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again for our next adventure. Thank you, Carrie, for helping make our USA road trip so memorable!

I’ve used Carrie a few times to book our trips and every time has been a great service! I didn’t know where to go this year so asked Carrie for help and she came up with some perfect suggestions! A stress free, efficient, helpful and professional service that makes the holiday even more special!

Adry was brilliant. She helped me organise the tricky part of our trip to Australia for myself, my 8 year old son and 16 year old niece. She had everything sorted so well for us. A slight change when we arrived in Kuala Lumpur but Adry checked in and was very prompt at helping sort the problem out. She was really great to work with and I would definitely go back to her again and recommend her to others.

We cannot praise Carrie enough. The service she provides is wonderful and takes away the worry and organising to simply provide a holiday to enjoy to the full. Thank you Carrie for all your help too in making a special event even more special. We would certainly use Carrie again for our next holiday.

Just back from another lovely holiday which was arranged by Carrie. We have booked with her several times now and and always, nothing is too much trouble. She arranges everything and checks in on a regular basis and even once back home she checks to make sure everything went well.

Adry (The Holiday Fixer), was recommended through a friend. From the very outset I found Adry responsive, engaging, and professional. Adry asked about my ideal break, budget, and what experiences I was seeking. Adry found several options. Questions I had were answered quickly and I felt reassured. This helped me make an informed choice about my holiday. Adry took the time to explain everything and she has a very kind manner. The booking of the holiday was done quickly once I had made my decision. All the travel documents were sent in a timely manner, with additional information which was helpful. Adry was supportive right up to the time of departure. I would highly recommend if you are challenged for time, need help with considering options and want someone with experience to support you.

The hotel booked was fantastic, the location and services. The transfers were on time and the drivers were professional. My son and I really enjoyed our break, it was exactly what we wanted.

This is the second holiday we booked with Carrie and once again her advice and organisation saved us time and stress. She goes above and beyond by booking restaurants for us and completing our online check in. Her emails with handy tips are also very useful. I would certainly use Carrie again.

Had the best experience using The Holiday Fixer to book my holiday this May 26. Priyanka was so helpful, understood what we wanted from our holiday and gave us all the options. She was anlso able to arranged a discount, including the hotel transfer and a room upgrade. Throughout the whole process, they remain in touch ensuring that our holiday went successfully and we were wanting for nothing. Myself and my husband are gluten-free and they also ensure that the hotel were fully aware and on arrival had all the information of our dietary requirements. My parents were also impressed which was a feet ensuring three generations had a great holiday. I would certainly use them again as it takes the hassle out of booking a holiday, your guaranteed high-quality, and the service was free!!

Juliet is just great! It was my first time using a travel agent and now I wouldn’t book a holiday without her (I’ve already got her booking my second trip already!) Her replies were almost instant, always on stand by to answer any questions and was extremely patient whilst I was in a totally different time zone (not easy when prices differ so much hour to hour!) but she did it, found the exact holiday we wanted and I’m currently sat typing this review whilst relaxing in the sun. Thank you Juliet! Couldn’t recommend her enough.

I booked a surprise trip to Disney for the family without the wife knowing which was a worry. I dealt with Rachel and explained my situation and with her help we planned the most amazing trip. We had 2 weeks in Florida and did everything. The car, house, location we stayed and access to parks was perfect.

I would recommend The Holiday Fixer as they did more than just book me a holiday. Being there to answer my questions and ensure we were prepared was great. The little extra bits matter!

I’ve just come back from my fifth holiday booked with Josie! This was my first time leaving Europe and despite being a little nervous to go somewhere completely new I was amazed at how stress free and smooth everything felt. I had never really dreamed of being able to afford to go to New York with my friends but Josie found us an amazing deal. I can’t wait to book another!

Another amazing trip organised by Juliet. This time to Iceland where Juliet organised a complete 5 day itinerary. The hotel Juliet picked was perfectly located for our own free time and all the excursions were outstanding , the highlight being seeing the northern lights on our first night. Juliet was on hand when a trip was cancelled at short notice and immediately took all the stress away reorganising our itinerary so we didn’t miss any of our planned excursions. Will definitely use Juliet for our next adventure.

Excellent service from start to finish. Carrie picked a perfect location - the trip had everything we asked for. Checked us in online and kept us up to date on flights out/return. We received a perfectly detailed itinerary with everything we could want, trips that she can book/restaurants/bars etc. We will definitely be booking again

We contacted Carrie for a last minute holiday fix as we had to cancel our planned trip for Christmas and she was amazing from start to finish. She gave us clear options at every stage, great advice on how to split up the different legs of our trip and a real feel for the different hotels and experiences on offer. Just got back from a trip to Disneyland Paris with our sone and two of his friends families and Carrie could not have made it easier for us. Marvel Hotel, pases, food package, Disney experiences all booked by her we just needed to pack and turn up was so smoothly organised. This is the second time all three families have used Carrie and she did not disappoint us. What a fabulous 4 days, 3 nights we have all had and less than a 10 minute walk to the parks too. To say we are shattered is an understatement but was do hassle free thanks to Carrie. We would definitely use you again.

Juliet absolutely nailed out trip to Goa. We gave her a budget, our likes and dislikes likes. And wow what a package she put together. We took all the stress away. Everything worked like clock work. The hotels and locations were absolutely spot on, exactly what we love. Fantastic rooms, amazing staff and just felt as honoured guests. The local transfers and support were of the highest standard, enabling to get the most out of where we were staying, with restaurant recommendations and trips. We are so grateful as we stayed places we would have never found

It was a real treat to go to Funchal in Maderia. Helen did us proud, organised it all for us, we just had to turn up and enjoy all that was on offer. Perfect weather,so fortunate , easy tranfers, beautiful hotel, wonderful pool next to the ocean. Amazing location with easy access to all places of interest, with lots to see and do . Thanx Helen.
