Been a customer of THBCo for quite a while, when I received the wrong order, there was no return communications from them. Needless to say I will not be dealing with the HOME BREW COMPANY in future. Very disappointed.

I have used The Homebrew Company for years and found them helpful and efficient. Any time I experienced difficulty I found them knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service and deleivered the next day. I emailed them as I noticed I ordered the incorrect product in my order by mistake. I was emailed timely and the product was swapped out for the one I needed. Great selection of stuff and some great kits available. Will defo be ordering again

Wanted to leave a review as some reviews here complain about poor customer service, which was not my experience at all. Unfortunately my order was missing a couple of items (which is why I cant give 5 stars), so I contacted their customer support. I had a positive reply within one hour and the missing items were dispatched to me on the same day. Overall happy with my items and would shop again.

Shocking bad customer service. Fast delivery but package wasn’t secure at all. Cans of malt crashed liquid yeast bags, creating big mess inside the box. I tried to contact seller three times, using all of their emails but nobody bother to respond. Avoid, because accidents happen and they will not going to help.

Ordered crushed malt, came uncrushed and thus unusable. Sent e-mails which went unanswered. Gave up in the end, will stick with my trusted suppliers next time.

I've used these guys for a few years. Price good. Service good. Delivery amazing. Not often I go elsewhere. Their Hookhead malts are excellent. Top marks.
