Finally had my legend 4 Spa delivery!
Phil & Dave were awesome fair play! Very professional and explained everything not that I needed it? As this is my 2nd hot tub from the hottub super store. Can't complain about anything! The aftersales are so helpful not that I've had any issues with the previous hottub only the odd seal I had to order as my first tub lasted 10 years and was still going good only I thought I'd upgrade? Would recommend this company to anyone 5 stars from thank you so much vic South Wales.

2nd time I have used the hottub Superstore and they are fantastic from the order of the hottub to the installation very professional and 1st class service. Purchased the balance 6 as a upgrade to our evolution compact and we are extremely happy with it ,thanks to Ross for all the help and advice and the installation team superb.

Fast delivery with competitive pricing on chemicals/maintenance consumables. One star deducted due to inadequate packaging. The bromine tablets had burst through the re-purposed box which means the tablets are more damaged than would normally be the case. Otherwise very positive experience.

They delivered a new cover within two days.

From start to finish was easy to arrange on-line service of our hot tub with new cover (the old one has lasted over 10yrs) it’s taken a couple of days from receipt of photos and arrangements are now in place to complete the service and fit new cover next week so fast turn around. Excellent communication . Will write another one after the service has been complete n the new cover is in place .
