Excellent service, I contacted the maintenance department who helped diagnose and troubleshoot the problem I was having. Unfortunately for me I needed a new pump which luckily they could replace the next day. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Other parts I ordered were delivered in 24 hours.

The best experience in my opinion is that there was nothing to complain about. very flexible on delivery, kept informed about delivery date, very professional and great installers with a full backup service to match. Very happy!

After Sales Service
The after sales service with Hot Tub Superstore is outstanding. They are very supportive, respond very quickly to queries, orders and replacements. Despite the fact that they are quite a distance away from us it's like dealing with a local company.
There are a lot of companies selling these products but their after sales service has made me realise I have chosen the right one.
