I had some issues with the chairs I bought from the house of brands company it was a manufacturer fault they handled very well understood our concerns and got it sorted for us very swiftly I would highly recommend this place there service is very good esp Russ who was dealing with it. He handled it very professionally!

Incredible customer care and service from the shop floor all the way through to delivery, the staff in the shop aren’t on you like a dog with a bone and actually let you breathe while browsing yet ask for help and they’re extremely helpful, they take pride and care in their customers the delivery staff Breezy and co were funny polite and very quick taking care of everything with care I’ll definitely be back for more - I bought the large black gorilla the minx fiesta sofa and other ornaments

Item arrived damaged. Company blaming courier, item damaged prior to being packaged. Customer Services appalling, not in a rush to resolve. Offered £5 discount to keep and insinuated I got a bargain over normal RRP! I thought I was buying a brand new item. Feedback from retailer is dishonest. Royal Mail are not at fault, the item was damaged before it was packaged. No attempt to rectify just emails asking for personal bank details. I have requested you provide a return label so I can send the damaged item back for a refund on several occasions which you are ignoring while you pursue Royal Mail who are not at fault. You have also emailed me several times requesting I remove my review. Which I have refused as you still haven’t arranged the return/refund.

I ordered this faux fur bench way back when but there was a national shortage from the retailer. HOB kept me updated on the order process and eventually gave me the option to cancel and get a refund which I did. As soon as it was back in stock they reached out just to make me aware it was back in stock which I think was really considerate? It almost took me by surprise because no companies do that, they just forget, the fact they remembered and reached out to let me know shows they are more than happy to go the extra mile for their customers. My bench is already here, assembled and sitting pretty in my bedroom. Thank you so muchhhhh! :)

The staff in the store we ever so helpful and the advice they gave me was very professional and helped me choose the right table for my needs the fitters were very professional and made sure all was working good before they left thank you to all the staff

We recently bought an electric fire from House of Brands at a very competitive price. We needed delivery to non-mainland uk and HoB arranged swift delivery for us. Great customer service, I would highly recommend HoB.

I run an Airbnb which was in dire need of upgrades as furniture gets used and abused fairly quick. Hamza did me a great deal for 4 bespoke fitted headboards for all the bedrooms and also threw in a free portraits. The boys checked themselves in and fitted everything perfectly. Will be returning very soon to purchase more for my other properties
