Expensive for a low quality product! I purchased the Oxford Thermal Insulated & Soundproof Custom Door Curtain. Spent $244 for nothing more than a sheet. The Hues is unwilling to refund my order citing that it is "custom". This low quality material was cut from a roll of fabric and shipped directly from China.

I was looking for a slightly unusual design and TheHues were willing to supply it. The first piece was not correct but they produced a second which is perfect. Quality of work looks excellent and customer service and responsiveness has been great.

I had a very disappointing experience with TheHues. I ordered a custom blackout curtain at a premium price and what I received was extremely thin and cheaply made. It does not perform like a true blackout curtain and looks nothing like how it is presented on their website.

Customer service was frustrating and exhausting. I sent multiple photos showing how thin the fabric was and how light passes through, yet they continued to ask for more photos instead of addressing the actual quality of the product. It felt like they were more focused on protecting their process than helping a customer.

They ultimately refused a refund and hid behind their custom order policy, even though the product did not meet reasonable expectations based on their advertising.

If you are expecting a thick, high quality blackout curtain, I would think twice before ordering. The product did not match the marketing and the after sales support was extremely disappointing.

For a curtain company that makes their curtains in China, you pay a premium. Now, the quality is good, although ours came with pleat hook sleeves that were accidentally sewed on , so some of the sleeves didn’t work for hanging.

I urge all of you to read their return & exchange policy. For a product this expensive, you really need a stellar customer service. I admit I did not purchase a swatch prior to placing an order, but the curtain color I received was vastly different than the product site. When I asked for a refund, TheHues quickly responded saying color is not a reason to return. In a more collaborative note, I requested an exchange, in which they agreed, but said it came with a $400 fee not including shipping costs.

When someone spends $1000 on curtains, let alone any product, you expect a much better guarantee of product quality and customer service. I would advise you all to go with a more flexible, customer friendly company.

I bought three large motorized bamboo shades for my great room. Ordering instructions were detailed and clear. The shades arrived from China well packed with no damage, but actual delivery date was two weeks later than promised. Shades are good quality. Installation requires some skill and work. Customer service was fantastic, very responsive. Customer service, however, are not the technical people and basically just a window to the manufacturer. Motorized shades are a new product for The Hues. The scant operating instructions are incomplete, confusing and conflicting. Pairing the shades with the remote took numerous exchanges of emails. Also I am still working through how the remote actually works. It's not intuitive. Customer service promised continuing help and better operating instructions. Overall I'm happy with the shades, would be happier if the operation was easier

The customer service I received in placing my order was impeccable. I was undecided so it required a lot of back and forth communication which was great in helping me make a decision on with my purchase.

I wasn't sure what I wanted, and they walked me through the options and helped me made some good decisions.

She understood what I was looking for, helped me decide how to measure the space, what curtains to order, how much yardage, and checked in on me throughout the process.

The Hues provides great customer service. I purchased the four layer, thermal blackout curtains because I live in Florida and the heat is outrageous in the summer. So far, they have blocked all the heat from my sliding glass doors in the bedroom. The material is beautiful, soft and the other layers are leaving my bedroom cooler. The company answered all my emails and worked with me for almost a month. Very good service.

Excellent service and product. Really helpful in confirming the order. The finished curtains arrived well packaged as promised and fit perfectly. Well made curtains. Will definitely use TheHues again.

Be aware: Because the samples are apparently coming from a different location than the factory where the material is located, and there's not real great internal communication, it's possible to run into samples that don't match the ordered product in color. The difference can be fairly substantial. When brought to their attention, they do try to find something that more closely matches what was ordered, but there's no guarantee they will.

Ordered blackout curtains. Quality not what I expected at the price point. Described as a linen feel, the fabric looks good but is quite stiff and more like canvas. Much better options out there.

I’ve looked everywhere for high-quality, affordable curtains, and TheHues is by far the best value I’ve found. The material feels luxurious, and the craftsmanship is superb.

I had initially ordered a set of curtains from The Hues on Amazon, but the size wasn't wide enough for my application. I contacted The Hues directly and learned that they offered a much wider range of sizes and styles. It was really easy to find what I needed on their website, and I contacted their support to verify the order. The curtains are excellent. High quality material, excellent tailoring, and definitely light and sound blocking. We have an unusually shaped window so were pleased to find what we needed (note that in the photo the Hues curtain is the lower one). Highly recommened.

I have been looking for custom drapes for so long and finally found a company that offers custom sizes and beautiful fabrics! I ordered 2 sets for my dining room and love them! The ordering process was a little touchy but they turned out amazing!

Very satisfied with this product. It feels very durable, the stiching is robust. This is not a cheap lightweight fabric. This is a high grade product. Rain won’t go through it. You are going to need sturdy attachment points to pull good tension in this sail. Customer service was excellent for me and assisted me with proper sizing. Make sure to include your turnbuckles into your final sizing layout so you leave room to pull proper tension. When measuring your dimensions I would recommend sizing just a few inches smaller than your final desired distance. That allows you to really tension it nicely and that will end up where you want it. I would do business with Hues again and I’ve recommended them to a few friends.

Well made, but the sail material was not what I expected (or wanted). I would have appreciated a more complete description or a sample of material.

I ordered their custom made curtains and I love them. They are great quality and the material looks beautiful. The colors are true to how they were shown on the website. Delivery went fairly quickly and it was overall a very good experience. I can highly recommend this company.
