This company didn't just do an amazing job installing our kitchen; their after-sales support is truly exceptional. Recently, our washing machine slipped out of alignment, causing the cupboard door to misbehave.
They sent out a polite young man who sorted the issue quickly and professionally. It is so rare to find a company that cares just as much about its customers after they’ve been paid. Highly recommended!

I have had an excellent experience with the Kitchen Depot Oxford branch from start to finish. My designer was Tea. She really listened to my requirements and tried her best to accommodate all of them and if it was not possible to make alternative suggestions. Any problems, and there weren't many, were sorted promptly and efficiently. The outcome is a fantastic excellent quality kitchen that makes me smile every time I enter 😊
A special thank you must be made to the kitchen fitters they recommended, Graham alias Ringo and Matthew alias Jenks. They are both polite, extremely talented in their own ways, work really hard and compliment each other, tidy and have done a superb job.

I had a clear idea what I wanted from my new kitchen and a tight reign on the budget, so my initial thought was that I’d have no choice but to buy a flat packed, mass produced kitchen and make do!

Oh how wrong I was!

I visited the Bristol showroom after an initial home visit survey, and was bowled over by their impressive display and warm welcome. However it was during the design phase that Sarah and Brads expertise and attention to detail became apparent.

And it was clever… very, very clever.. how they balanced effectively using the space, customising a cabinet for the ugly boiler and delivering a dream kitchen within my budget was, quite simply, exceptional.

I opted for CAPLE appliances to be integrated too, for the added reassurance of dealing with one point of contact.

Sarah helped me to coordinate with their trusted team of installers too - ensuring that I didn’t have to wait too long for the dream to start to become a reality.

I cannot fault the quality of the cabinets, the exceptional level of service from The Kitchen Depot Bristol - as Sarah even visited my home on the day of delivery to ensure that all was well and was readily available throughout the installation period.

During the installation I had a bit of a wobble in confidence in a third party provider of Quartz, so my only regret was not entrusting Sarah and Brads recommended provider with that element too.

I am absolutely in love with my fabulous new kitchen and, if planning permission is granted, will be back for their help with a proposed utility room next year.

If there is one tip I would give potential customers, it would be to ensure that you budget for a waste service, as the company take so much care in protecting the cabinets, doors etc, there is much more waste than I had naively anticipated.

But the biggest tip I would offer is to work with The Kitchen Depot. I have recommended the Bristol team to everyone I know who is contemplating a new kitchen - I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough!

From design to completion the whole process was fantastic! Ollie designed our small kitchen offering great advice and tips Nothing was too much trouble.
A special mention to the kitchen fitter, the electrician, the plumber and the plasterer.
They did a fantastic job, all very professional and helpful.
We are so thrilled with our new kitchen, thanks to The Kitchen depot for all your help and fantastic service. 😊

I can’t recommend The Kitchen Depot highly enough. They fitted my kitchen six years ago and I have been absolutely delighted with it ever since. The quality and workmanship have been fantastic.
Recently, a couple of my kitchen door hinges snapped — probably more down to me being a bit heavy-handed than anything else! 😂 I contacted The Kitchen Depot and they were fantastic. They came out very quickly, replaced the hinges and fitted new ones completely free of charge.
Six years after having my kitchen fitted, to still receive such brilliant customer service and aftercare is really impressive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they sorted everything quickly and without any fuss.
I’m so pleased with both my kitchen and the service I’ve received over the years. A great company, excellent workmanship and fantastic aftercare. I would definitely recommend The Kitchen Depot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend this company, the results have truly exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the time which Claire spent with me at the planning stage and I am so glad that I went with her design suggestions, which truly maximised space, met my needs and are aesthetically pleasing. And thanks to Irene who was quick to address any questions along the way. Also to the excellent worksmanship and professionalism of Scott, who was well organised, paid attention to detail and was quick to respond to any queries. The other members of the team also done a great job of other work required including the electrics and plastering. And a thank you to the waste collectors who were helpful and respectful. I am delighted with my kitchen and it is of a high quality which I am sure I will be enjoying for many years :-)

Everyone we met at the kitchen depot took time to listen to what we wanted and offered great advice. From the free survey to visiting the shop it was clear that Oliver understood what our requirements were and always had these in mind.

We received excellent customer service throughout and didn’t feel pressured to place an order.

When one door did arrive slightly damaged that was quickly replaced without any issues or drama.

We absolutely love our new kitchen. Right from the start Tea helped us realise our ideas and design a kitchen that we can be proud of from what was a very complicated space. Throughout the whole process she was there for us, we cannot recommend this company highly enough!

From the day we walked into The Kitchen Depot in Telford the experience was first class which is exactly what we expected as this was the second kitchen that we have purchased from them. We were greeted by Oliver who showed us around the various kitchens and then allowed us time to browse and ask any questions that we might have.
We eventually decided on a kitchen and were more than happy with the deal offered.
The kitchen was fitted within three weeks by Steve and Joe within a week and they kept us informed on a daily basis. They arrived every morning promptly at 8.30am and never stopped working.
We were more than happy with the end result.
Everybody that we dealt with was obliging and helpful and any requests that we had were dealt with immediately nothing was to much trouble.
We would highly recommend the Kitchen Depot to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We found The Kitchen Depot by chance when looking to have our kitchen done. We’re so glad we did. Their units are by far the best quality we found and they planned everything meticulously and advised us on everything from unit and appliance locations. The fitters that they arranged for us also did a fantastic job. Not everything went smoothly as you would expect from a full kitchen refit, a couple of items arrived damaged this was down to the courier, but the problems were dealt with quickly and professionally. We can highly recommend the kitchen depot.

We choose Dumbarton Kitchen Depot after speaking to them. Great advice on how to make the best use of the space we had, from start to finish very profesional. Good quality finish and fitters were excellent. Cleaned up every night before leaving. I changed my mind about something and it was not a problem. Great company and would definately recommend them.
