Discount code didn’t work

Picking and buying the yarn was easy and fun.
The problem I had that I signed up for tbe newsletter so I can get a 10% discount. I got the discount code but it didn’t work 🙁. It said that the code was not valid

Easy to order

Easy to order, fast delivery with tracking, my first “Mystery Box” as I normally find a pattern then choose the yarn. I am pleased with the contents of the box and look forward to knitting something a little different for a change

Good morning.
Of two pairs of knitting needles ordered. one pair was the wrong size, needed 3.25. sent 3.45.
Ordered Cashmere DK in white to knit a babies hat,
received ordinary white Marino Wool, not even soft wool.
I trust you will rectify your errors.
