First time using but definitely going back for more!

Placed an order for my mum
Placed an order for my mum, arrived the same week but the next day when I checked the order, one of the yarn was a different shade and came without the band.
I contacted customer service and Layla was brilliant, I was going to return the one ball but my mum decided to keep it. Mum told me later it was DK instead of Aran, I noticed it was lighter when I checked but hadn't realised it was as not what I had ordered.
This is the first time I was not happy but as I mentioned before, Layla was brilliant in are email exchanges.
Mind you, mum said the DK had a few joins in different sections of the yarn.

Made my first order and very pleased…
Made my first order and very pleased with the quality of the wool. It's nice and soft and easy to crochet with. So many different colours to choose from will definitely be ordering again in the future. Delivery was a little bit slower than stated but it was just after a bank holiday. No complaints to be made I messaged to ask for update and had a very pleasant response from heather and my order arrived a couple of days later

I always pay for the 12 months free delivery well worth it as sometimes I just order 1 yarn or 1 pattern without having to pay delivery charge each time
