You always provide a quick reliable service. With such a wide range of yarns I rarely need to shop elsewhere. It would be really helpful to have a yarn colour name and not just a number, as online colours don't show up very well on a laptop.

I have only made one purchase so far from the knitting network, they sent me a first purchase discount code but it didn't work.
The yarn was a good price so I still went ahead with my purchase.
It was dispatched quickly and it arrived on time and everything I ordered was in the bag.
