Thelilithshop Opiniões

i bough a dress and it is incredibly well made as well comfortable i only gave 4 stars as tracking the package was not so good and its updates where wrong however an incredible store ^-^

The items are such quality and beautiful!!

Very helpful and wonderful at keeping updated. I was missing one items in my order but it is still in transit. Over all very wonderful customer service.

It's a SCAM. They sell cheap Ali Express clothing for 5x the price. They even use the same pictures like Ali Express in their preview.

The website is easy to use which is helpful

Its been almost 2 weeks since I put in my order and I still don't have a shipped statement or tracking number. The over all buying experience was great though.

It's a scam. I had bought something and asked for it to be cancelled a few days later because the site didn't seem legit after I looked more into it. Was told it was already shipped (on Sunday but no one ships on Sunday) and then was told to wait 15 days or more due to covid...still waiting...don't buy from here!

My experience with Lilith was a very good 1st experience! Very timely, product is high quality! I'll definitely be shopping with Thelilithshop again.🖤🖤🖤

I still haven’t heard anything from my package and it’s already been 16 days. So I don’t have much to say yet since I haven’t been able to see the item with my own two eyes. But once I see it I’ll give it a better review

I ordered two shrits and they look beautiful 😍... I love that it look as the pictures and it feels really nice

Were very informative and nice but when I tried asking another question they didn't respond and I've tried contacting them for about a week or two :(

i love the wiccan purse!
it is a nice quality skull purse!
my friend gave me a code DEANAH30 for 30% any item at this shop! <3

Lovely Luna dress. Very accurate sizing and a lovely lightweight dress 👗very friendly staff too!

I ordered a shirt and three weeks later it has yet to arrive, no ability to track, zero customer service. This company is in China so you have no recourse to get your money back. RUN FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Getting to receive some nice quality clothes for my goth sense of fashion is amazing!

HORRIBLE customer service. My shipment that I ordered FIVE MONTHS AGO still hasn’t arrived. Their excuse? “Your package was stuck in customs”. A package does not stay that long in customs. I demanded a refund and was refused one due to my package have already been shipped. DO NOT BUY.

My card was automatically charged, the code was not valid, I tried to cancel several times without success. I NEED TO CANCEL THIS PURCHASE NOW! Thanks

It was great. I got my dress and I love it.

Haven't receive my package yet. I bought a dress first week of August and still waiting for a tracking number after 2-3 weeks...
