Most of these reviews are fake, they give a price of either 62.50 or 82.50 per half hour, they charge you for the first hour so potentially £198 an hour. Your better off searching for an actual local plumber from your area instead of this call ctr which is based in Kent. Customer service is so poor especially the one called dan who has a stinking attitude and Kyle who hasn't got a clue

I was pleased with the quick response to my initial call. I was given options about appointment times and I received a call back shortly afterwards from the plumber. The problems were discussed and the work carried out speediky and efficiently. I would use the company again.

Great service time wise, polite and professional, got the job done within a good time frame. Maybe a bit expensive for a non emergency, but probably the going rate.

The faulty stopcock was fixed, and the engineer new exactly what part was required as it was a very old stopcock. Fantastic service all round.

Charged my elderly father £378 to replace a kitchen mixer tap.
The ‘no call out fee’ as advertised on their website is more than recouped by their half hourly charge rate of £82.50, with a minimum one hour charge plus VAT.
Whilst the problem of the leaky tap was dealt with promptly, the amount paid seems astronomical. Going direct to a local plumber would no doubt be more cost effective.

Charged two pensioners £222 to fix a plug in a bathroom sink, with the work taking less than an hour. Call operators script is vague - they mention the half hourly charge but are not explicit about VAT or likely total cost. My mum heard the only figure mentioned and said yes. The local plumber contracted to do this said he felt they'd been ripped off. Avoid this mob and find a plumber that actually is local to you - these guys outsource jobs to a network at vastly inflated prices.

This is the second time we have used the company and the same plumber, Tristian. Very punctual, efficient and professional. The work is completed to a very high standard. I found his attitude very positive and refreshing. We will definatrly use them again

I have used the local plumbers twice now and had the same person....Tom each time he solved each issue which was related to my toilet flush and then a problem with a very akward leaking pipe at the back of the toilet which had to be replaced which was no easy task due to the angle that the pipe was situated....but Tom dealt with both issues brilliantly...his experience shone through and I felt very confident in his abilities and professionalism...I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arose......thanks again Tom...... a very happy customer!
