Extremely happy with the London Removal Company. They had a reasonable quote, packed up everything beautiful and worked extremely hard on one of the hottest days of the year. All the staff were personal, hard working and just lovely friendly people. We will be moving again in 6 months and will definitely be using them again.

Warning! We got carried away by the price but did not read t&c’s properly.

The team were efficient and friendly. Forgot a few things, scratched a few newly painted walls and broke some plants and pots. Not the end of the world...

... BUT they destroyed two very expensive pieces of artwork and refused to give us any compensation.

Don’t select this company because of the low price, it may cost you ten times more!!!

Removal guys were wonderful on the day. Really quick packing up the day before. Took responsibility for making sure the move went smoothly on the day. Really friendly and made the whole thing as easy as it could be.

Only minor complaint is the 2.5% fee for paying by credit card.

The company provided a good service - arrived on time and the team of men were polite and did an excellent job

My family and I had a fantastic experience with the London Removal Company. The quote based on the survey was higher than the phone estimate quote, but was still very much at the cheaper end compared to other high quality providers. The service was top drawer. The guys wrapped every little glass and bottle really carefully, and had to tackle some very tricky unexpected jobs (unscrewing a glass door to get a washing machine out of a bathroom, disassembling a huge dresser to get it to my top floor etc.) for no extra charge. They were great fun and a pleasure to work with. There was a small waiting charge as I didn’t get the keys to our new home until 4pm but the guys stayed late until the job was done. Top quality and very competitive prices.

These guys are simply the best! They get the job done and help keep you calm and reassured through the process. I can’t reccommend them highly enough. They go over and above.
