Great
Placing the order was very easy, we had to wait 10 weeks for the custom made sofa, the delivery was delayed, but i contacted the Lounge and they fixed it right away.

Best sofa shop I know: price, style and comfort
After spending hours in John Lewis and other sofa shops trying all the Swyft sofas we've learned that sofas can be either comfortable or stylish. Really hard to find a mix of the two and definitely near impossible if you're looking for a sofa before xmass and it's November.
That was until we stepped into The Lounge Co shop in Islington London.
Paulina at the shop was a fantastic help in the process and promised the sofa would be with us for Christmas. It's here now in all is evening teal velvet glory with the chaise longue taking up most of our small Walthamstow living room but we love how comfy it is!

Lovely range and outstanding customer service
This store has a lovely range of furniture. Helen, at the Chiswick store, who helped me with my purchase was welcoming, professional and so helpful. I have highly recommended this shop to friends, one of whom purchased last week and phoned me to thank me for the recommendation as her experience was similar to mine.

I am really pleased with my new sofas however I do feel there could have been better communication in terms of updates on expected delivery.

Our Customer Experience Manager has tried to contact you regarding your comments about communication to understand where this went wrong.
I can see that we emailed you after placing your order to confirm the lead time for your order and to let you know that the courier would be in touch when your furniture was ready. The furniture was completed earlier than the stated lead time. The courier contacted you to book delivery on receipt of the furniture, delivery was booked and an estimated delivery timeslot was communicated before delivery.
We take on board your comments about the delivery costs however the costs are subsidized.

The sofas I received were amazing very…
The sofas I received were amazing very comfortable and well made. One was slightly damaged in delivery, but one call to customer service who were amazing and they took care of everything, even updating me all the time so never had to chase. Would definitely recommend The Lounge Co., and will sure to use them again in future.

Great service. Original delivery was 12 weeks but only took 8. The lads were friendly and helpful and took all rubbish away. Lovely comfy sofa.

I went to The Lounge Co. Islington to order a new sofa and was so pleased with the service I received. Paulina and Evrim went above and beyond to make the experience so pleasant. The fabric I wanted ran out but they went out of their way to accommodate and help me choose a different fabric.

We bought a modular Imogen sofa and four Floyd chairs from The Lounge Co. Everything is very well made to a high quality and looks great. Storage, delivery and sales support were excellent. I'd definitely recommend The Lounge Co to family and friends and we will buy more furniture from the company in the future.

Highly Recommended Sofa Ordering
We ordered a customised sofa in mid October. I was happy how we could choose different shapes and fabrics for the sofa.
The website said it would be arriving by December, but I got it much earlier in late November! The delivery team was also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

1st sofa arm fell off 2nd sofa center collapse
Truly disgusted with service after 1st sofa arm fell off ...now the 2nd sofa the centre section now held together with 2 brackets and glue £1.900 for the privilege and to get blocked on Facebook disgusting no one called to ask if I was happy nothing shameful service
At no point have customer service even tried to contact me ...my sofa isn't the same it's held together with glue and brackets ...the centre support was broken ...I've pictures of it I can feel the springs at the back support .....I could add more but what is the point they are not ...interested in my purchase or the problems I have ...DISGUSTED SO MUCH FOR THEIR GUARANTEE....

Our Customer Experience Manager has called to understand your complaint.
You purchased your sofa in early 2017 and reported within the first few months that one of the arms of the sofa was loose, this was quickly resolved. We replaced the sofa later that year to resolve the complaint.
You contacted us in October this year to report a creaking noise from the sofa. As per our 10 year frame guarantee, we arranged for a technician to visit and to resolve the issue. The technician reported that the staples had failed on the front rail and completed a repair. We contacted you by email once the technician had attended to confirm that the technician had completed the repair. No further issues with the sofa have been reported.
We can see that your complaint was acted upon on the day that you reported the fault and a technician visited within 7 working days to repair the sofa. We contact you by email on the day of the repair to confirm that the repair had been completed.
You have agreed that the fault has been resolved. We have explained that sofa frames are made up of lots of pieces of wood, which are held together with screws, glue, staples and brackets, the technician has re-secured the rail in the same manner.
Please be assured that your sofa is still covered by the frame guarantee, should there be any further problems.
