Good experience with service
My reservation enquiry was answered very quickly, and the agents helping me find a suitable house was very quick and professional with their responses, taking into account my needs for the stay. They were very helpful and accommodating to my requests too. Would like to thank Gracie Acdal and Diane Carol for their wonderful service.

The reservation team at Niseko Kyo has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, especially Jyan. They were incredibly prompt, attentive, and handled our specific room layout requests with the utmost professionalism and care. Booking a luxury ski trip requires great attention to detail, and Jyan delivered top-tier hospitality before we've even arrived. Highly recommend their service!" Niesko Bookings through Nisade
We had the wonderful assistance of Niro from Nisade to book our Niesko accommodation, return airport transfers, ski passes and equipment. She provided all the information we required so we could make the decisions, then it was all organised seamlessly and quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Niro to help with holiday planning and booking.

Really appreciated Maydel, one of the staff from Nisade, for assisting us with the booking of Fenix Furano and Fenix West this year.
We have had nice trips in The Vale Rusutsu and Fenix for the last three years.
The staff are helpful and nice, and the accomodation experience was far beyond our expectation. The rooms are clean and the facilities are sophisticated. (*If Fenix Furano provided conplimentary water last year as Fenix West and The Vale Rusutsu had done, then it would be perfect.)

We were able to secure our Niseko accommodation booking through Gladys during peak season with a very nice hotel. Gladys was very helpful, sincere and overall great to communicate with. Reservation was quick and seamless. Absolutely love the service.

5 star service from Joda!
I’d like to make a special mention of Joda Alura. I’ve just finished booking in my family’s trip to the Maples Niseko in January 2027. We’ve booked accommodation, lift passes, ski gear, transfers and lessons with Joda. All of it was seamless. She was so helpful and responsive. It was five star service.

Good Customer Service before arrival
I received a prompt and sincere reply from メイデル・カペラン | 予約課(May, the reservation team) , before my arrival. I sent an email to double check my reservation and ask for additional service to receive my Amazon package. She gave me a sincere and prompt reply on all the information I need, including the parking info and address info. The information is very clear.
I am expecting the stay in this hotel.
