J'ai acheté sur le site internet le 31 mars. Un pull Hermès, en parfait état comme indiqué sur le site. Une expédition rapide (je l'ai reçu en France le 3 avril). DHL a facturé des frais d'importation, élément à prendre en compte lors de la commande. Le site est pratique à utiliser et le suivi de commande parfait. Merci beaucoup, je suis ravi de mon achat.

Shoe Size Issue and Poor Service after
the shoes were in perfect condition as advertised but the size was ridiculous, it was stated to be size 41 but was easily a size 44.

Unacceptable Service and Missing Items – No Resolution
It has been more than 2 months since I requested my dress back, and they have lost part of the items that came with it. No reasonable solution has been provided, and they are still holding my dress.
I visited the store in person today to speak with the customer manager, and I was treated in a completely unacceptable way. The manager was disrespectful, laughed in my face, and showed no willingness to listen or resolve the issue. I felt dismissed and disrespected throughout the entire interaction.
At this point, I am no longer willing to try to resolve this matter in a polite or friendly way, as I have already made multiple attempts without any proper solution or accountability.
I also requested to see the company trade license, which I understand as a customer I have the right to request, but I was refused without any proper explanation.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of respect, transparency, and proper customer service shown.
