I first used this company around 4-5 years ago when I bought a bed and mattress together. Sean recommended the half springs and half memory foam mattress but I went for a full memory foam (thinking I knew better). Within a month, the mattress started to tear on one corner so I left a review explaining this. Sean messaged me within the hour, apologising and offering a free exchange - I asked him how much it would be on top if I was to go for the half and half mattress instead of another memory foam, and he said he would sort it for free as the mattress had teared (which he said was very unusual). He then turned up to my house the next day with a brand new mattress, he took the old mattress away and put the new mattress on my bed for me so I didn’t even have to drag it upstairs on my own. 5 years on and I still have the same mattress, it’s in absolutely perfect condition, just like the day I got it. I’ve replaced my bed today as I now want a different style and colour but the bed is also in such good condition that I’m selling it on! Absolutely amazing customer service and Sean made sure I was happy with everything before leaving, he even put the bed together for me and put my mattress back on! (Thanks for doing that because I’m like 2ft tall and it’s well heavy!!) I will never not use Sean for new furniture, 100% success every time and if there’s anything I’m unhappy with, I feel more than comfortable enough to let Sean know because I know he’ll do his best to sort it 😊

So, my bed broke on the Wednesday, with stress and frustration I googled and looked for a cheapish affordable bed with a mattress. I had been told about sean so decided to message him.i told sean my situation and with no fuss or hesitation he sorted me right out. Delivered a new bed and mattress the next morning in amazing condition and even let me pay a few days later when I was in a better financial situation. Sean is an amazing man, can't thank him enough. 5*** all around

I recently ordered two single mattresses, they arrived the following working day lovely quality and the seller was a pleasure to deal with.

Sean was fantastic. Ordered a 5 door wardrobe Tuesday evening,was fitted Thursday, less than 48hrs wow very impressed. The service he offered was 5 star, you could not have got better service from the big chains. I shopped around for the last 3 weeks and the timeframes for delivery was up to 5 weeks! The price was so competitive and it looks fabulous in the bedroom. Thanks Sean

I have not gotten my orders . They brought one and the rest am still begging till today. I pray they bring it today. One story to the other

Very slow delivery indeed - had to wait 11 days for my order to arrive. Generally not impressed overall. The only saving grace is that the mattress itself is of good quality

Great service made simple . Beds delivered on time. (Also at short notice as I was desperate for them) . Unpacked assembled all rubbish removed , sympathetic to new carpets and deccor . Great service from Sean and his team .

I bought a clearance bed and mattress from Sean and the service I got was amazing as well as the value. Delivery was made within 2 days of purchase and the 2 guys that made the bed up was lovely and fast. I’ve bought from Sean in the past as well as this time and I will definitely use him again. Recently bought a Diamanté double bed and mattress from Mattress World for my daughter. The bed's a gem, literally sparkling in her room. The mattress? Comfy as a cloud. I recently bought a bed frame and mattress from Sean and I'm genuinely impressed. The staff were helpful, making the selection process easy. Both the bed frame and mattress are of excellent quality and unbelievably priced. Delivery was smooth and on time. Since then, I've been enjoying great sleep. Mr Sean Foster practicing some sort of confusing/abusing marketing tactics by sending a wrong mattresses, then trying to make you feel that the standard size mattress (that you still didn’t order) it’s a special size and therefore can’t be returned/refunded. He will be verbally abusing over the phone if you try to interrupt him and carry on as an average thug. It would be worth to have a proper think before buying from TheMattressWold.

great service. delivered at the time promised which is unheard of these days normally have you sat in waiting hours on end! my new bed was set up in no time and the boys even tidied around after themselves. very pleased

Very nice gentleman who work there. They bring your stuff where you want it putting and they help you get it all set up if needed. Would definitely recommend them! They are also very very cheap too

I have recently purchased a bed and mattress from this company, I have to say I’m delighted with both and the service was outstanding! Purchased item and got an email saying estimated delivery this changed but after chasing courier contacted me. Item was delivered with care and helped bring item in house and love the wardrobes
