AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
Absolutely disgusting to even write such comments on your review due to the fact you are clearly telling such LIES, during any calls as you clearly stated to me they have been recorded so you and anybody else can listen to them. I have NEVER once swore at you, I have NEVER once been aggressive to you or Lorraine, this is absolutely disgusting behaviour due to the FACTS that I have raised in my complaint, it was YOURSELF that delivered a “made up” mattress with no brand or manufacturer details on the mattress, I chose not to keep YOUR choice of a mattress which is NOT an upgraded mattress whatsoever, it is a piece of sponge. I do not understand how you can make up such LIES wen all I have done is stated TRUE FACTS, you are just being awkward in not collecting YOUR failed attempt of selling cheaper products absolutely appalling behaviour

I have got every text message I have sent to yourselves not 1 message shows myself being abusive or swearing, I have got legal advice it is not upto myself to return, as per yourself & Lorraine both have given myself dates to collect you are just bring obstructive and refusing to collect

Brilliant Service, went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Beds/Rugs and Pictures are all fantastic. Mattresses really good quality and comfortable. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend for beds/ mattresses/ mirrors/ pictures all great stuff and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Can’t recommend this company enough, very helpful and good advise in the shop when choosing a bed, good quality products and a fast and efficient delivery service and nothing was to much trouble from start to finish. Thank You Mattress World.

Ordered a new king size mattress, I knew the exact model I wanted and found that this place in Blackburn was the closest. I emailed backwards and forwards about delivery days and if I could choose a set day when I am off work. They were extremely helpful throughout. I bought the mattress and quickly received a phone call asking if they could drop it off the next day. They came exactly when they said they would and communication was great. If I ever need another mattress I will definitely look at their website. Thank you

I was recommended this company by a family member and I am completely delighted with the quality of the product (double divan bed, mattress and headboard) and the service provided:- after a simple explanation of my needs - the bed is perfect! My old bed was dismantled and removed and the new bed was delivery on time and assembled efficiently!

I work in the shop and have dealt with this customer throughout this process and am disappointed they have left this review. During the sale of this bed and mattress to this customer it was fully explained the limitations of the bed. However this advice was not taken and the customer still went ahead. When the issue arose, as explained to them it would, they became very confrontational and abusive to myself within the shop. At no point where we given the opportunity to rectify what was a customer mistake. Instead they chose to reclaim the money via the bank.

As we all know this process does not require fault or blame. In our opinion this customer has effectively played the system to obtain a free item. Which they were fully aware would come at a cost to us.

We did contact this customer to retrieve the bed but again they are fully aware of the legislation that protects the buyer and as such have used this to obtain goods from a local small business.

Unfortunately we at mattress world can not please everyone all the time but have worked to ensure 99% of our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and services. If you need any more proof please read all reviews rather than the comments of individuals who have clearly not operated in the best of faith.

What a fantastic company!
I ordered my super king mattress and it was delivered the same day.
I live in a 3 story townhouse and the delivery guys did such an amazing job getting it to the top floor up 2 flights of stairs, they made it look easy.
Sean the owner is very friendly and great to deal with.

I would definitely recommend The Mattress world U.K. for their great supply of mattresses and beds. The team are so helpful when you are choosing the right mattress and their delivery service was first class! Good value for money too!

Bought just before a bank holiday weekend and they went above and beyond by calling me just to advise that delivery may be slightly delayed which wasn’t an issue for me but shows great customer service. Mattress arrived and happy with purchase. Would recommend

Absolutely amazing service! We were let down by Bensons for Beds when they couldn’t deliver our bed and we went to Mattress World, who stayed open a little later for us to get there that evening, sorted the perfect bed for us and had it delivered the same week! We couldn’t be happier with the service, delivery and the bed! Really lovely men, chatty and very helpful! Will be recommending to all! Thank you again!

Ordering was easy and communication was good, had to rearrange delivery through DX which was fine when I finally got through. However was told I’d get a text with a window, didn’t get one and they arrived just after 7am not a problem but would have been good to know this previous evening so I didn’t have to put the whole day aside. I contacted the company and they told me someone tried to call, I had no missed calls and no voicemails left about delivery so don’t know what’s happened there. I’ve asked whether the mattress needs turning or rotating and about the warranty at the same time I said I hadn’t received a delivery window have received no reply to those questions just a blunt we tried to call no one answered. The mattress itself seems good but the customer service isn’t great in my opinion. There’s no label no paperwork I don’t know how to treat the mattress and I don’t know what warranty I’ve got. I’m just it’s a decent mattress long term because I can’t imagine I’d have much joy getting sorted if it turns out not to be.
Update - have received an email from them, not apologising or even giving me the information I requested. Just to tell me they DID try to call and that I’m out of order for my review. Haven’t explained why they didn’t leave a voicemail or answered my queries but found the time

Has also emailed me to tell me to return the mattress and threatened to report me to clear pay 😂 for what? Leavinf an honest review? If anyone wants to see the emails feel free to contact Me. Absolute madness who emails a customer making threats.
It’s a shame you didn’t show as much politeness when you sent me an abusive email thread. Didn’t ask to return it asked about the warranty which you seem to be refusing yet again to supply

Okay, so I made the error of ordering on a double bank holiday, BUT Sean updated me regularly that he was still on the case, the mattress though, fantastic value for money and just what I needed and definitely worth the wait! Highly recommend!

Great mattress customer service fantastic would highly recommend

Easy and helpful from start to finish, went into the shop 10 days before we moved to our new home, within half an hour we had purchased a brand new king size bed, Sean made it all so easy for us, "just let me know an hour before you are at your new house and I'll be there", true to his word he was and had our new bed put together within half an hour.

The bed is extremely comfy and gives us lots of storage.

We are extremely happy with the price we paid and would definitely use them again in the future.

Fabulous company I highly recommend it had a bit of delay with my mattress a little problem and it was out with the owner delivered it today and upgraded my mattress. Very pleasant. Great customer service. Thank you very much

Lovely orthopaedic mattress Siesta. Good quality and design ,very thick. Perfect choice if you’re bigger person as it supports your back well. Got delivery information next morning after ordering , easy contact with the supplier and hassle free delivery. Was waiting around 3 days as it was no stock left but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend (also Clearpay payment option is absolutely brilliant). Thank you!
