Easy to do business with great product, looks more expensive then it is. Clasp took some force to unlock for the first time but works like a charm. Will do business again and explore their other pieces.

Extremely satisfied with my ring order, I did want a size 11 for my ring finger but it came size 12, no biggie though, since my index finger is a size 12.

Fast shipping. It was packaged nicely. The red stone black bracelet was as described. Well made and really stands out well. The man's black stone black chain necklace is also well made. I wear it constant, to work and in the shower, it does not leave any green on me. I think it's worth it.

The brackets were great made so well but I have a friend that wished you would make the eternal heart Braclet little larger like a 8 or 81/2 inch she really liked the one I got but was too small for her wrist would purchase one if it was the larger size

I love it 10mm the perfect size what I was looking for and 20 inch in length.

I got the jewelry well-packaged and within a reasonable amount of shipping time. Unfortunately, neither I, nor the person I got it for can get the box clasp open on either the necklace or the bracelet. We closed the clasps one time to see how everything worked and we can't get the clasps back open. I reached out to the company to find out how to open the box clasp without damaging it and I was flatly ignored. They took our money and won't even support or stand by their product. Don't buy this jewelry if you actually intend to wear it.

Beautiful. So much nicer in person. The finish on the cuban chain is so shiny. I bought myself the rolo bracelet and the iconic cuban bracelet in 8mm They fit so well on my wrist.
So glad i finally bought them. Had my eye on them since METZI launched.

Take this review however you want, but if you're thinking of buying black jewelry but dont know where, Metzi is the place.

I havent recieved my order. It was sent to the wrong address. I sent an email before it was shipped with the order number stating the wrong address was showing in the shipping, i never got a response. I should've just canceled it then and redone the order.

The jewelry Metzi has is very nice. Sturdy. Pretty. Great quality. Well crafted and designed. Materials used are sustainable. Goes with any outfit. They’re also really kind with their customer support. Response time and problem solving was quick and helpful. I would feel confident in purchasing more pieces once their catalog widens.

I ordered the Black Necklace and Cross of which both are beautiful but after just a few days of wearing the necklace it popped for no apparent reason. I couldn’t find a customer support number so I emailed them twice a week ago about a replacement but as of today I have not gotten a response.

Delivery super fast comes with little bag etc packaged great the bracelet itself is absolutely stunning I love it so sparkly which is right up my street it fits perfectly but next time I may go up a size so it moves a bit more! Also closure is secure but as I live alone it took a bit of time to clasp shut as I’m right handed and wear it on my right wrist so a tad tricky but once it’s on perfect.
So thank you guys it’s very beautiful 😍

Bought a bracelet for my mate for his 40th birthday and I just know he’s going to love it. Really nice piece. I’m sure I’ll be ordering something else in the future.
