Saw the ads on Facebook,had a look and ordered a couple of bits as a surprise for my hubby for Christmas.
They came pretty quickly and i must say they look lovely.
I'm actually looking forward to my hubby opening them at Christmas.
The packaging and little card that comes with it is a nice touch.
Will definetely look again for more pieces.

Brilliant styles and top quality jewellery too. Two lads who take customer satisfaction very seriously as well. 10/10 isn't enough for how good Metzi are. I have four bracelets, one bangle, three necklaces and two rings. Absolutely 100% recommended

I just received my necklace yesterday from writing this review, so far so good, it really looks nice and elegant, I like the dazzling look under the light, it really sparkles, as I will be wearing it often, hopefully it won’t tarnish or start looking dull, where it loses its shine, other than that it looks really nice.

Great product! I love Black Jewelry but have come across lackluster and low-quality pieces as of late. Enter Metzi. After researching, I placed an order and decided to put their "Safe on Sensitive Skin" section to the test. My bracelet arrived 11/12 and I haven't taken it off. That includes during workouts and showers. It still looks like new! Will purchase more in the future.

You definitely won't find better black jewellery anywhere else. I've had a ring and a bracelet from Metzi for a few years now and they still look brand new, no scratches at all and they haven't dulled or tarnished even a little bit. I would have to say Metzi makes perfect black jewellery, and you get amazing customer service.

The size of the earrings are about as small at a pen tip, a size comparison chart would be helpful, I’m done buying from sites like this

The black diamonds are nice and sparkly but the necklace and bracelet pull my hairs. They look so nice on me but also uncomfortable and somewhat annoying after a while. I guess they would be good for people who are smooth with no hairs on wrist and/or neck area.

Wow I saw this company through Instagram and was so excited to purchase because I love all black jewelry but hardly find pieces I like. I ordered 3 necklaces and they did not disappoint at all! I’m so happy they’re so beautiful and they have some weight to them and I loved that they offered different size chains and styles. The pieces were packaged carefully and I’m in love with everything about this company will definitely be ordering more pieces in the future! 🔥🖤 if I could add images of the jewelry I would. 🥹

Thank you Rachel for packing the items with such care (and the smiley). I think that says a lot about a company, and how serious and focused on customer assurance they are.
It's odd to even think about, but there's something about that original note that makes the company feel approachable.
Before I get to the product itself there's also a "thank you" card inside the bag which serves 2 purposes - first off it adds a bit of structure to the bag and protection for the jewellery. Turn it over and it's black on black branding which is so elegant I'm considering framing it.
You have to have a beautiful website to showcase black jewellery, which they do. And while the photographs are reassuringly pretty enough for me to part with my cash, I found myself just staring at the bracelet - how DO they get that finish?!

So far I’ve bought 3 rings, 2 bracelets, and 2 chains from these guys and I’ve been surprised at the quality and durability of all the pieces. I work at a swim school as well so I can personally say that they are completely waterproof, tarnish free, and they keep their shine even months after you first buy them.

Arrived very quickly, both the earrings and the ring are great quality. The ring fits perfectly which is incredible as I have very small hands. Will definitely be telling everyone where I got them from. Also loved the fact that you find out which one of the founders packed your order.

I've bought 2 chains and I'm thinking of getting a bracelet. The style and quality is first class, they both look super cool and stylish. And also the customer service is excellent

I’ve ordered from Metzi a few times now, and my experience can be summed up as:
1. Great quality products
2. Fast delivery and careful packaging
3. Excellent customer service

To stay as impartial as possible (and not sound like I’m chasing a discount code), here’s my honest breakdown.

The Good:
I bought the 8mm Cuban chain and bracelet set in June 2024, right when they were first released. From the day they arrived (late June 2024) until October this year, I wore them every single day — to work, to the gym, to Thai boxing classes (the bracelet fits comfortably under gloves), in the shower, and even to sleep. I never took them off, except briefly to try on other pieces.

After over a year of constant wear, they had lost a little of their original shine and developed some very minor chipping around the push-button clasp on the bracelet — nothing major. I ordered a fresh set for special occasions, and the new order included a polishing cloth. After giving my daily-wear set a quick rinse under warm water and a wipe with the cloth, they looked brand new again.

I actually held my worn set next to the new one, and you genuinely can’t tell which is which — apart from a tiny chip on the clasp button. If you give these a quick rinse and occasional wipe with a microfibre or jewellery cleaning cloth, they’ll stay looking flawless indefinitely.

The Neutral:
• Price: Very fair considering the quality. You can find cheaper versions elsewhere, but they won’t come close to Metzi’s build or plating quality. On the other hand, there are much pricier brands that still don’t match Metzi’s durability.
• Style: You either like black jewellery or you don’t. If you do, Metzi is hands-down the best place to get it. If you don’t, you’re probably not reading this review anyway.

The Bad:
• Value retention: Since these are made of 316L stainless steel with black titanium PVD plating, they’re extremely durable but don’t hold resale value like gold or platinum. That’s only an issue if you’re buying as an investment — not as jewellery to actually wear.
• Variety: I’d love to see more chain styles offered with matching bracelets.

Conclusion:
Great stuff — highly recommend. If you like black jewellery, Metzi is the best quality you’ll find.
