Ho effettuato un ordine che non è mai arrivato. Nessuno ha mai risposto al telefono, la sede indicata non esiste, mi sono recato personalmente.

Ho fatto un ordine on line sul sito da instagram il 23 dicembre, pago, mi conferma la piattaforma che consegneranno il pomeriggio stesso, fiori mai arrivati, loro non rispondono nel tel , ne instagram , ne mail, Negozio chiuso , sono stata il giorno stesso , nessun cartello di chiusura particolare ne avvisi sui social , spariti ….
Non ho idea di come recuperero’ il denaro

A gift for my birthday..disappointed right out of the box..had roses like this from other companies..I knew what I might expect..but these look and feel like cardboard and smelled that way as well. I did not know how to say anything so I let it go until I read the other similar reviews..Breaks my heart as they were a gift and did not want to tell them. Until they ordered from another company for another special day..and said to me they are embarrassed and worse spent so much money on them and their customer service is awful to say the least.

My order is stuck in Budapest due to sender not sending customs invoice and courier has not had a response back from company. I have also emailed as cannot get in touch on phone. The email response times are not specified and the order was needed for an engagement party, won’t receive it in time & had to order elsewhere. Very upsetting & disappointing. Won’t be ordering again hand advise not to be disappointed.

Ordered for my wife for Mother’s Day and my order never arrived and even more fun fact they don’t do refunds! So I was screwed

I had a valid discount code and the discount just appeared at the checkout.
I have also paid 35 pound for shipment today but the shipment has not arrived today. I contacted customer service with the discount code but they just keep ignoring me. First and last purchase. Horrible company!

A week later still no roses and not any reply to my messages from the company. Fortunatly I had paid with paypal and opened a case now to get my money back.a
My order is also stuck in Budapest. Unbelievable company!

Million Roses exceeded my expectations! The item I purchased was priced lower than anywhere else, and the shipping was fast and smooth. Communication was top-notch—they kept me updated and made the whole process easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. Highly recommended!

I placed an order and tried to cancel it with in hours after placing the order once I found out where it was bring sent does not allow deliveries.

I emailed you no response. There is phone number provided anywhere I could fine to call. This was a completer waste of over $400.

The roses were great and received really well when they arrived. Unfortunately I ordered several weeks in advance for delivery on Friday 8/15 to coincide with an event. Order ended up arriving on 8/18

Over priced. I am so disappointed in the quality for what I paid. My purchase was on sale and $90. I would have been extremely upset if I paid the full price. I received a similar item as a gift and the person purchased my gift on Amazon. It was less in price but better quality

This is my second time using "The Million Roses ". Both times were for an anniversary. I had them sent to her job. She gets off at 1pm , so I was skeptical of them being delivered on time. But both times they were right on time. Not to mention they are beautiful and she loves them ❤️
