I ordered a personalized nameplate for my sister back in April. I still have not received it and I paid for it in full. Every time I email them they keep giving me the same information. “We are sorry that you are unsatisfied your personalized jewelry will take time”. They won’t refund my money and they have refused to give me a delivery date. My piece of jewelry was $600.

Worst customer service, took me 6 months to get my item after months of follow up

As the title reads, I received my personalized necklace before the estimated timeline, and I love the way it looks! Will definitely be back.

do not buy custom jewelry from this place. will you ever get your order??? who knows. they'll gaslight you too, so i hope you're feeling emotionally regulated.

Bracelets are TINY, not for regular adult sized wrists.

I stopped by with my daughter for a shopping trip. She loved so many items that it was hard to choose, but we ended up finding the perfect piece. Thanks to the M, she got a wonderful birthday gift!

Do not order from this place, they take your order and money but never send you the product. I placed an order on February 3, 2025 and it is now May 13, 2025 and yet I still haven't received my necklace that I paid $1400 for. I emailed them numerous times and each time an automated response says someone will get back to me. Then when someone does get back to you they say they will look into it and make sure my order gets completed. As my last email from them on April 10 states, they assured me my my necklace would be ready to ship the following week. Now I have been more than patient but this company seriously is a scam. I would not recommend anyone buying jewelry from them because you will never get the product.

I did not receive the product. Tracking said the label was canceled. I have reached out to customer service and have not heard back from anyone in 6 days.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding an order placed over six months ago by my father, a 100% disabled combat veteran, for a custom necklace meant to be my Christmas gift for 2024. As of today, May 2025, we still have not received the item he paid for — nearly five months past when it should have arrived.

My father is on a fixed income due to PTSD and a traumatic brain injury sustained in service to this country. He saved for months to afford this meaningful gift after I mentioned the necklace to him last summer. Despite his best efforts to keep up with your company’s communication, he never received a clear shipping date or proper follow-up regarding the status of the jewelry. Instead, he was offered a “free necklace,” which we did receive — but it was a small, generic item that does not remotely replace the original order.

Let me be clear: this is unacceptable. It is disgraceful that a veteran trying to give his daughter a heartfelt Christmas gift has been left with guilt, stress, and a $500 loss. Your company’s lack of communication and failure to deliver the purchased item is inexcusable.

We are demanding a full refund of $500 issued to my father immediately. We are not interested in further delays, generic substitute items, or vague reassurances. This matter needs to be resolved now.

Ordered Nov 2024, Now Apr 2025 and my order hasn't arrived. Contacted multiple times, keep giving me the run around and new excuses. Terrible communication, Terrible service. BUYERS BEWARE. Worst experience I have ever had with an online merchant.

Took long to get my items but was worth the wait.

Le 02/02/2025, j’ai commandé deux bijoux pour un montant supérieur à 600€ dont un bijou personnalisé pour la naissance de mon fils prévue le 30/04/2025.
Nous sommes le 04/04/2025 et je n’ai toujours rien reçu.
D’abord, la marque m’a envoyé un premier collier (non personnalisé) mais pour obtenir mon colis j’aurais dû débourser à UPS une taxe de 135€ alors que j’avais déjà payé 160€ de taxe lors de mon achat, et que les CGV indiquait bien que tout était inclus.
J’ai donc refus la réception et contacté le service clients pour obtenir des explications et surtout recevoir mon colis dûment payé.
La marque m’a dit avoir passé une nouvelle commande et que cela ne devrait pas se reproduire. Je n’ai toujours rien reçu à ce jour.
Pour ce qui est de mon collier personnalisé, la marque indique bien 1 mois d’attente sur son site, mais pour le moment ils ne sont pas en capacité de me dire où en est mon collier alors que cela fait déjà plus de 2 mois que j’attends. La marque refuse de me rembourser mon argent alors qu’elle ne m’envoie pas ce pour quoi j’ai payé. Je n’ai jamais vécu ça avec une marque qui pourtant semble avoir des millions de followers. C’est donc tout bonnement une arnaque. Je déconseille à quiconque de commander sur ce site au risque de ne jamais recevoir sa commande. J’ai contacté mon avocat pour faire valoir mes droits et obtenir un remboursement.

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. This company is a scam. I ordered 2 items and never received the second item. Keep being told production is behind. Meanwhile the anklet I received is garbage. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charge since they will not refund my money for the custom ring I never received. The listed phone number is disconnected, too. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I will let the world know how unethical they are until they go out of business. These criminals need to be stopped!

I had such an amazing experience with M Jewelers! I picked out my locket and they printed a picture of my mom and I to put inside! The jewelry is such great quality, and it was such a great gift to give. They have so many cute options, and I definitely will be coming back soon! 🤍

Poor quality items. Can get better jewelry at the swap meet or downtown LA.
