I never received the goods. I then contacted customer support and have been going back and forth with them for over half a year. Often, I received no response, and now I am being ignored again. I will probably never get my money back. I wish I could give zero stars.

Checked the status of the purchased item: it had not even been shipped (after a 2.5 month wait) and I was not notified. Therefore requested a refund: waited 1 month to only be told that the supervisor has been informed about the request. Still no update.

Yes the jewellery looks solid, however, I still advise anyone who is on the fence to purchase else where. This is not a serious company, do not waste your time.

3 Months of Issues
I placed an order in March 2024, and as of June 8, 2024, I have yet to receive it. I have corresponded with the company several times over the past few months. They have refused my refund request despite not being able to provide an accurate ETA.

Shipping was fast, and quality looks amazing!

To be of Gold Vermile, the quality of the band seems very durable. I typically buy rings from local jewelry stores, but I thought the heart and roses would be a sweet reminder of the grandmother who’s initial I decided to get. I do wish the engraving was a bit more engraved but overall it’s a well polished piece for the quality.

Couldn't even get the earrings I ordered on my ear, also ordered a necklace with those earrings and it hasn't come yet. That was 2 months ago. Quality sucks, shipping sucks, customer service, you guessed it, sucks. Just close this business down already.

Great piece and overall selection. Although, it is slightly overpriced for the quality. Delivery was too expensive and too long. I payed express shipping and did not receive my package on time so I have to take off a star just for that. Customer service didnt do anything to help or compensate. I always love M Jewelers’ jelwery but the customer experience could be improved.

I ordered a product in Dec 2023, it was tarnished almost instantly when I got it in Jan 2024. I was offered a replacement when working with customer service. I disposed of the original item because a replacement was promised. The replacement still has not come as of April 2024. I do not want a replacement any more. It has been months. I asked customer service for a refund. They asked me to send back the tarnished item which I threw out because a replacement was promised. I keep asking for a refund, apparently their billing system is being updated and no refunds can be provided, only credits. What a JOKE! Is this the experience they provide their customers? Asking them to jump through hoops when the business clearly is at fault. Still waiting on a refund.

I was sent the wrong item AND paid for priority shipping it still took a week to get. THE WRONG item.

This company is a joke. I ordered something in early December as a xmas gift and months went by without hearing from them. I finally reached out in February after not hearing anything. Same story that has already been told on here many times. Due to a "manufacturing discrepancy", the item was no longer available. Apparently this company is OK with not being able to produce an item that was paid for and NEVER telling the customer... I asked for a refund and they said 10-15 business days. I followed up 3 weeks later and due to a system update, they're unable to issue refunds. What?!?! This is called fraud. I'll be disputing this charge with my bank and reporting this company to every consumer protection agency I can find.

I disputed the charge with my bank and this company responded by sending in false shipping numbers to the bank pretending as though they had sent the item, knowing that I had email proof of them cancelling the order. Again, this is called fraud. Luckily the bank saw through this and issued my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK WHEN YOU DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IN THE FRIST PLACE.

So annoyed with this company and employees. I placed a first order and then decided I need to cancel and order something else. They said no problem and I will receive a refund in 10 to 15 business days. It’s been 27 business days and I still have no refund. And they won’t email me back, I email them every week about it and I’ve gotten no response. And then I placed a second order and they sent me the wrong items. I ordered two different necklaces and they sent me the same necklace twice. I want the necklaces I ordered! I also want my money back for the first order. I feel like I’ve been robbed. Not ok. Do not recommend buying anything from them!!

I would steer clear of this company. I placed an order 12/9/23 didn’t come in until end of Feb 2024. Their website stated prior to my order guaranteed in time for Christmas if placed by 12/13/23 including custom pieces. When I emailed to cancel they refused. Then once I got it in the letter is bent and uneven the bracelet is a baby bracelet even though no dimensions had been given on the website no baby jewelry is sold on there so wtAf!

Done, done and done with poor customer service, crap product and false advertisements!

The website said time for delivery was max 21 days. After multiple emails- they reassured me it was being processed. I found out later it was not due a a “manufacturing discrepancy” (whatever that means). It took almost 2 months for my necklace to show up. Once it did show up- the clasp is broken and I have to take it into a jewelry shop to fix. Not worth the high price points and poor customer service.

Ordered something in November and didn’t come until MARCH!! POINTLESS if you’re getting this as a gift for someone

Made my order Dec 9th, 2023. They said they were backed up. Now they say they don’t have the means to provide a refund 2 months and 3 weeks later. Complete scam. Takes forever to get a email back and no help. Do not order from these fly by night jewelers if that even what they do.
