Communication is terrible. Received my order, wanted to start the refund process 2 days after receipt of goods. Their refund policy states no refund after 14 days, that's fine.

But no response when I emailed them, twice. Only to get a response after 14 days to be told that it's been more than 14 days so I don't qualify for a refund. They failed to respond promptly so I fall outside the refund timeframe. It's all a scam and a deliberate act so they don't have to refund.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. Their customer service is absolutely horrific. The product is okay and comparable to what they show online, though the quality is cheaper than I expected, but they shipped me 1 of my 3 abayas with a defective, cut, and very short belt and have spent weeks asking me for videos and pictures and are finding anyway to avoid shipping me a new belt. They keep insisting that the belt is “folded” and that I just need to unfold it. They are rude and don’t understand how to do business. I’d never buy from them again.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE !!!!! Recieved order very late. Very over priced. I emailed them multiple times to initiate refund but they don’t reply.

Received products that smell like a** and have food stains or some kind of stains all over them annd have clearly been worn before! And then they expect you to pay to return the items lol, complete bs. Definitely avoid at all costs, there’s way better places to order from elsewhere, never order from these scammers!

It has been a month I have ordered and nothing received.tracking number says the item is delivered on a certain day, however when I checked my cctv there was no delivery on the that day. Emailed them twice, no reply, please don’t order from this website. You have to face unnecessary hassle.

J’ai commandé une abaya le 1 mars pour l’avoir d’ici l’Eid. Des l’expédition je me rends compte qu’il s’agit de drop shipping venant de Chine. Vraiment décevant vu le prix à 60€ la abaya. De plus le suivi colis est bloqué depuis le 9 mars et nous sommes le 14. Toujours pas reçu. Déplorables de vendre des robes « middle east » venant de Chine en drop shipping à des prix élevés pour en plus ne pas respecter les délais de livraison. Tout ça pendant le ramadan en plus

When I purchased from here I didn't realise until after the fact that it was shipping from China. So I knew I wouldn't receive in time for Eid. As per their Ts&Cs it states can cancel orders within the 12 hours from ordering. I did this within a few hours to which I was ignored. I then emailed again before the 12 hours was up just to receive the same automated response that someone will get back to me. Day 2 and no one has responded apart from a confirmation of order that I received today. So I responded again (third time) to say I already cancelled this order and please respond to my previous emails. I've contacted the bank but they have stated I need to wait 14 days which is highly unacceptable. I most definitely wouldn't have ordered if I knew it was being shipped from China. Their images are also not their own they're from a site called Boksha that IS legit. I've just found this out. Steer clear from them.
