The muzzle is fine but, unfortunately, it’s too big. I accidentally selected the credit refund option instead of the original payment option. The customer service is non-existent. I emailed on the 1st of April and I’m going to end up going outside of their return policy of 30 days at this rate. It’s not an insignificant amount of money to spend and I expect better from a company that says they respond in 1-3 days.

What really stood out was the customer support. They went above and beyond to assist me with my fitting measurements. I was a little unsure about the sizing at first, but their team was incredibly patient, guiding me through each step to ensure we got the right fit. They even followed up after delivery to make sure everything was good.

My dog is eating everything in the yard and I needed a muzzle. After researching I ordered a ready to ship muzzle from the Muslim movement and it fits him great It's easy to put on and take off. Shipment to the US was quick, payment was smooth, and my dog doesn't mind his muzzle when I put it on him. He's not thrilled but he's still runs and plays.

I would love to give a product review, but I haven't received it yet. I got this product because of recommendation of my dog trainer to help my dog and reduce my stress. Hopefully when it finally arrives it will.

I had great help from Kasey for sizing and she answered all my questions. She was really patient and very helpful, gave me ideas and was honest even if it had meant not buying from you. Even the shipping was easy.

It has been weeks and still no muzzle has been delivered. I’m almost past the point of needing it in my training

Still haven’t received muzzle

I’ve had great experiences with their customer service. First, I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The exchange process was quite fast even though I’m in Sweden (tip, double check your order since shipping+taxes adds up..). Next, my scavenger guard broke the first time I tried to take it off, it was so tight! Kindly they sent me a new one because it wasn’t supposed to be so tight that it breaks taking it off.

We traveled a couple of hours to get a fitted muzzle for our bully and was not disappointed.
The ladies fitting the muzzle were very informative, polite and great with my dog
He was so happy with the ladies especially with the treats
The muzzle looks and fits perfectly
The walk was finally a happy one and not one trying to stop rubbing along the grass or against my legs.

The muzzle was ordered March 12, 2026, order #52852. This is Aril 7, 2026, and nothing from you has arrived yet and I cannot possibly give a good review on "nothing."

It has been almost a month and I still have no tracking information.

Edit: after I sent an email asking for information about my order I was informed my package had been lost by shipping company. Once this was discovered, a new muzzle was made and shipped out and got to me within a week.

I highly recommend Muzzle Movement! Their products are high quality, and the colorful designs bring whimsy and joy to dog training. I love their mission to break the stigma of muzzles because it's so important. Every time I've reached out to their customer service team, I've received prompt, kind responses that made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. They'll even help you find a proper fit if you send photos of you measuring your dog. Their products are worth every cent!

Excellent service quick delivery

Muzzle is nice quality and I enjoy all of the customizations. We measured and the muzzle is still too big for the dog. We got a Rex* for a cattle dog mix and it doesn’t fit right. It’s hitting into the eyes and slides around even on the smallest setting. Also pretty disappointed when it says on the website that it will be here in 6-8 business days then I get another email after I order saying it will take that long just to ship out. It took almost a month to get here. I had to reorder a new one for my client and I paid for the faster shipping option and it’s been well over a week since I ordered it and I haven’t even gotten the confirmation that it has been sent out yet. Very disappointed that it’s taking so long to just get it shipped out.

The fastener strap was the wrong one, but didn’t have adjustable screws so I couldn’t make it tight enough.
I emailed about this and got no response whatsoever apart from an AI response that was no help.
