Love mine!
It’s super duper handy for showering off the pup when he get a bit muddy. The same goes for our shoes!
My main use for it though is actually as a shower for me after surfing! I’m able to fill it with hot water, surf for 2 hours and come back to still warm water to warm up and rinse off! It’s great! And the shower head and pressure are so good!
I understand they’ve had some issues with delivery times in the past but it seems this has been resolved because mine arrived quickly and had all the included bits. I bought mine via TikTok shop and had no issues. Communication is always quick. Would highly recommend Pet Jet.

I experienced lengthy delays after ordering the product. Contact with the company was made but responses from Petjet were at best slow, at worst non existent.
Promises of a tracking number within 48 - 72 hours of my email never materialised until more than 2 weeks had gone by. Even when I received a tracking number from The Post Office, it took a further 6 days before the post office actually received the goods from Petjet.
The shower itself is extremely easy to install and works adequately, although it would be much better if it included some kind of shower head or brush.
Ultimately I would not recommend using this company if you want a hassle free experience.

Love this product! I was previously using a mud daddy and it’s a serious upgrade. Super easy to fill and carry, keeps water warm, doesn’t leak in the car and the shower pressure is much stronger. If you’re weighing up between this or a mud daddy would easily vote going to Pet Jet.

Best purchase I have made for my dogwalking business! Cant believe how I went all winter without one! Its brilliant and really powerful, thought the dogs might be scared of it but they love it just as much as I do. Delivery was was quick & easy to!

Product arrived fast and undamaged. Looks exactly how it's advertised. It was light which makes it easier as when you fill it up its 5L of water. Loved the colour of the jacket that was included with the product and you dont need to pay extra for it. Very very easy to use. The shower head is amazing. Water pressure was great, didn't make any noise so my dog wasn't scared of it. The silicone bristles was helping to remove mud off her fur - I didn't even had to use my hands. Overall, this will be a game changer for our walks and trail runs.

Placed an order for a PetJet shower on 30th. No despatch email so I emailed for an update. On 8th April I received an email advising it's in stock and to expect a tracking number within 48 hours. No tracking number received so I emailed again and received the same generic email full of excuses over non delivery. After reading the horrendous reviews on TrustPilot, I decided to cancel my order. Having no luck with PetJet - who go by the name of PonyJet as per my bank statement- I resorted to disputing the transaction and received a refund from my bank.
The company seems dodgy. They take customer payments for products they don't have in stock. Seems the showers are Chinese Temu type imports and can take months to arrive in the UK.

Took forever to arrive.

When the product did it said it takes 15mm 1/2 straight tap connectors. The bore in the product is smaller than 15mm so the adapters have to be modified.

When the product is installed it works quite well. Defiantly not a 30 min install

I ordered a petjet on 3rd April. It is now the 17th April and it still has not arrived. I understand orders can be delayed but I have tried to call several times and it is always outside their operating times (even though it’s middle of day) I have also emailed twice and no response and I am not even sure email is going through. Despite this I am on a mailing list extolling the virtues of the pet jet on a daily basis ! I am not sure if I has been scammed or not as communication is non existent as is the arrival of my purchase at the moment.

Can’t get a response to my 2 emails asking when I will receive. Ordered 5 days ago now and not heard anything despite expecting to have received by now. Had three junk emails trying to sell me something though! Not impressed. Will update once resolved.

Do NOT order from this company. I wholeheartedly agree with everyone elses poor comments as I too have received the same dispicable service.
We ordered 2 Petjets on 2nd Feb 2026. The website stated the products were in stock and only took a few days delivery. This is a total lie. We eventually received the items early March. By then I had already emailed them with no reply so tried via my bank to do a charge back.
Eventually I got a reply to return the items to their farm In Cheshire. They received my unopened boxes back on the 18th March. I paid £30 to return them via Fed Ex. I wanted no excuses from them to say they hadn’t received them back. I emailed them on the 22nd March asking about my refund. No response to that email !!
They have disputed my charge back via the bank as they say the items were delivered to me. Yes they were… but I have proof they were returned .
Hopefully they will see this review and do the right thing and refund me. Otherwise my next step is the small claims court as this company shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this repeatedly poor service.

The actual shower is great but it arrived in separate parts and didn’t have the hose attachment etc so set up wasn’t straight forward had to go out and buy additional parts.

Avoid at all costs!You can never get hold of anyone,they never reply to emails and you never receive your goods absolute cowboys and full on scammers!

Placed the order on 28th February for the pet jet shower unit and shower head and today 14th April all I have received is the shower head only. I emailed customer service on numerous occasions looking for update and got same response the whole time that it will be delivered soon.
I would not recommend anyone to order from this site as there customer service e is shocking

Great product, really handy to have and saves the mess in your house!

Would leave a zero if possible, absolutely a con , ordered two showers over 5 weeks ago , after several emails most of which were ignored I eventually received two shower heads but no showers. No one responds to emails , there is a phone number that is unmanned and doesn’t take calls. Have reported them to my credit card company in the hope of getting some sort of refund

I would avoid ordering from this company. They need investigating by trading standards as they take payment and then you hear no more. They must be making interest on the payments they take and provide no goods. They offer rubbish online excuses about our of stock, over worked staff (I hope you pay them), new phone lines being installed etc etc. You need to answer customer emails and phone calls, without happy customers you cannot trade for long. Please do not answer back to my review unless it is to say when I will get my PetJet that I ordered.

Product not suitable sent back as advised and I’m still waiting for my refund despite being sent over 2 weeks ago!

Resorting to leaving a review in the hope that the company (Jajai or Toby?) respond. I ordered a dog shower in July 2025. It was significantly delayed. When we got it installed in September 2025, we realised half of the product was missing!? They had not packed the hose or shower head. Thinking this wouldn’t be an issue, I contacted the company to replace the missing parts. We’re now in mid April 2026 (9 months after we ordered and 7 months after we paid to have the wall piece installed by a plumber including hot and cold pipes) we are STILL without our missing parts and we have missed a whole winter of being able to use the shower. I have been contacting the company daily, with some temporary response but now radio silence. I’m also like other customers going to go through my payment provider and small claims court if I don’t hear within 14 days. I really don’t want to have to do this, but feel I’ve been left with absolutely no choice by the radio silence. In the event I receive a response from the company and my missing parts or a refund, I will consider changing my review and not take further action - I just want to use my dog shower that I ordered last summer.
