Excellent customer service, instant response to my email and couldn’t do more to help! My daughter loves her gloves!

Bought a pair of one glove OG gloves in white, the grip is phenomenal. Had a piece of stichting come lose and was helped immediately with a replacement pair.

Overall great gloves, great costumers service.

Vi köpte fem par målvaktshandskar, men ett av paren var fel. Trots detta vill företaget att vi ska stå för returfrakten, och nu kan vi inte returnera varan. Jag har därför anmält dem.

We had an issue with stitching one of the gloves we purchased from One Glove and after emailing customer service the issue was resolved and a new pair of gloves on the way for my son in no time. Fantastic communication and speed of reply.

We have been purchasing One Glove for 2 years and will continue to purchase for many more.

Amazing service, stitching on daughters gloves came apart after 7 games. Sent photos and order number (item bought for xmas but started use in january), was issued a gift card for the total amount paid for the gloves the day after sending an email. Lovely lady called Shannon, very helpful and lovely customer service!!

We purchased the wrong size by mistake & I contacted the company via Facebook to ask for guidance.
A member of staff named Shannon responded to my query & I have to say she was so very helpful & professional, she was very prompt in responding & very helpful with fantastic customer service skills & great knowledge of the products.

Bought a pair of these gloves for both my children aged 8 and 13 and they both absolutely love them, both have said they are the best gloves they've ever had! The fit is perfect and feels natural and they said they have full use of thier fingers when some gloves can be restricting. My 13 year old said the grip is fantastic, way better than other brands he has used in the past and he rates these gloves 11 out of 10 and will definitely be sticking with One Glove in the future!!

My gloves had a stitch tear in the first two weeks but OGC offered to replace them free of charge. Always had good experiences with these gloves otherwise

I ordered the wrong size for my son (7.5) and it was too big by the length of my thumb nail so I am having to return them and buy a different size. I would just like to say Shannon in customer service (via facebook messenger) has been such a massive help with things from how to return them (you don’t have to use their courier Evri and can return myself) all the way to getting a full refund and then the correct size I need for him. Absolute star she’s been. Definitely will use them again! When we got the gloves they felt amazing so very looking forward to getting a new pair!

I recently purchased a pair a gloves which needed to be returned due to unforeseen circumstances. The team within the support department at one glove were extremely helpful and supportive to this situation. They were able to provide a solution that did not impact my performance nor my comfort or game timeline. Big thanks to Shannon and the whole one glove family.
