Would definitely recommend The One Glove, this isn’t the first time I have used them and everytime they are always spot on. I put an order through for 2 pairs gloves for my son but I ordered the wrong size in 1 of the pairs. I emailed after I placed the order and this morning I received a response from Shannon who advised that she had spoken to the warehouse team and had swapped the incorrect size for the size I meant to order, which saves me ordering the correct pair and having to send the other ones back. I am so grateful to Shannon and would like to say she is a credit to The One Glove team. Thank you again Shannon for all your help

Shannon was fantastic! My new gloves had a small tear at the seam after one use and she was more than accommodating and got me a replacement pair!!

Contacted customer service email after my order had been confirmed as I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size and they were able to correct it and ensure that the size I needed was dispatched in its place. Very prompt and helpful service!

I purchased a pair of premium goalkeeper gloves from One Glove and unfortunately the palm latex suffered significant damage during the very first match under normal playing conditions. I contacted their customer service team immediately and provided photos. Despite multiple emails and the issue being escalated internally to management and their product team, they refused to replace the glove or offer a refund. The only option offered was a partial refund and a discount on another purchase. After many years of playing and using hundreds of pairs of goalkeeper gloves, I have never experienced this kind of failure on first use. For a product marketed as a premium glove, the durability was extremely disappointing. As the issue could not be resolved directly with the company, I have now escalated the matter to NSW Fair Trading. Very disappointing experience overall and not the level of service I would expect from a premium brand. And not only until after I noticed many other 1 star reviews with similar issues to mine. Be careful.

The person who took care of me today goes by the name Shannon. I started by contacting the direct Instagram Page of The One Glove, explaining my situation. I mentioned how horrible the automated bot is responded one single time to an email that is sent and then no longer answers anything else. Shannon mentioned to me that the bot connects further emails to the team, in which they can take about 1-2 days to respond. To me I'm amazed that the Instagram page has over 100,000 followers, yet Shannon was able to take the time to answer all ofy questions. She helped me by clarifying the best size recommendations for me to use on gear based on my USA sizes. I have a peace of mind now with my current purchase, having the feeling that it should fit true to size the way I imagine it should. She gave me the tracking information I was missing from my orders, since I never received them on email the way I should after the order is shipped. Tracking information from another order was sent to me by a different agent through email by me reaching out to request it. In that part, I feel like The One Glove needs to improve in sending out tracking information to customers right when orders are shipped like most companies. I know this survey is very long and detailed, but that's the kind of person I am. So as far with Shannon and everything she did for me today, I'm super thankful and phenomenally pleased with all the help and assistance I was given. So from me I rate the experience 5 stars. If there was an option for more, I'd rate this to the max. Thank you so much Shannon you're awesome.

Really good customer care would recommend as had issue with the first pair as the stitching came loose but made the email to the one glove and they replied writh in 24 hours and have sent me a new pair out lovely staff and Shannon was a great person to email

PLEASE PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THIS BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON A PRODUCT THAT LASTS ONE USE.Absolute joke,starting with the products and following with customer service.I paid over £40 for a pair of keeper gloves and before even to be tried on ,the foam on the palms was damaged...the foil that covers the palms is impossible to remove without damaging the foam as is applied with high temperatures so nearly glued on .Customer service said they can't do anything and they think is normal and they saidthis is often happens...a joke of a company. This was intended to bri g joy to my son on his birthday, but it actually had the opposite effect. A ruined very expensive present .I don't recommend the company or their products.Will post reviews everywhere and will make formal complaints about the quality of their products and also customer service.

The customer service team is very responsive. My son has been wearing these gloves for a number of years and has been very happy with the quality and fit. He trains 5 times a week and they last longer than previous gloves he has used. I would recommend these to all GKs who are looking for GK gloves.

First class customer service from Shannon and the team following a very minor issue. I always think its a testament to how good a company are based on how they perform not just when things are going right but when their is the odd hiccup. I can honestly say that the customer service experience was flawless.

My son wears exclusively OneGlove as the fit and durability are the best we've found, especially for an active 11 year old that's training 3 times a week and a game!

I recently had a pair of gloves that unfortunately had a stitching fault on the grip to the wrist support. other than that they are really good gloves and have mega grip on the ball.

Reported it to the customer team and they sent me a replacement immediately. Thanks for the fast response and good customer care.

I’ve been using One glove for 10+ years and have only ever had issues with 1 pair of gloves in that time being recently, I raised the issue and was supported by the team within 15 minutes of reporting and within two hours a replacement pair were being shipped to me! I can’t rate the gloves highly enough but the customer service to an even higher standard!

Brilliant. Gloves superb. Had them for 5 years and gone through lots with so much keeping. They always deliver and are robust.

The customer support team recently helped me with a mistake I made in my order. When I contacted them they were able to track my order and fix the problem. They swapped one of my glove sizes before it got printed words on them and before the order went into shipping. I am very thankfull to them.

Purchased goalkeeper gloves for both my sons. One we had an issue with when I contacted you team shannon was very quick to get back to me and sorted the issue in a timely manner. The gloves were great quality the boys love them .highly recommend the one glove company .
