Shame that a company with so much customer care in mind, does not offer free next day delivery like some of their competitors.

Simply a first class service! Very refreshing to receive a professional, friendly, informative and indeed very helpful service too. Contact lenses, used them for years, then all of a sudden my previous, then, provider (Vision not so express, never naming the company!!) increased prices and decreased the quality, I then changed provider and used an online provider, which was fine, however, seeing as im in dire need of contact lenses, as the ones I have already ordered with the second last provider has issues with supply due to the manufacturer, and to be honest sort of my own fault for not keeping tabs (i need to be completely fair), I then did a google search, after searching numerous other companies which looked promising but were not, I reached out to a google contact The Optical Store, spoke to Joe yesterday, who was a breath of fresh air, everything was sorted, and then i had an email from the team today, following quick phone call from them today for confirmation, they are fixing my problem and I then Im quite sure Im going to have my lenses shortly. I will be bringing my business over to these guys now, as they just do everything you need and more. Why cant all businesses be like this, because it just makes life a lot easier. Top class service, which is really nice to get, and is definitely appreciated! Many thanks!

Ordered Sunday, they didn't despatch until 5pm Thursday, Tracked 24 but Royal Mail have messed up too so now I'm stressing abut whether my lenses will arrive in time for my holiday. Recommend to avoid, other vendors are always 1-2 days.

I recently had an issue with my contact lens order, which I placed on the a week ago, and unfortunately, it hadn’t arrived by the day before I was due to go on holiday. I was worried because I didn’t have enough lenses to last me for my trip, so I contacted customer service to see if anything could be done. They replied promptly and were understanding about my situation, which was already a big relief.

Not only did they apologise for the inconvenience, but they also went above and beyond by offering me a month’s supply completely free of charge. This gesture really showed their commitment to looking after their customers and ensuring satisfaction, even when things don’t go to plan. Their quick communication, willingness to help, and generosity have left me genuinely impressed, and I can honestly say they have some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’ll definitely continue using them and happily recommend them to others.

The price was great but had wait a week for order the customer service were very quick to respond I would highly recommend however I usually buy from Vision Direct who offer next day delivery if you order over certain amount maybe your store could offer this fast delivery too!
