Great Prices and Arrived Early
I had a great experience with theopticalstore.co.uk. They offered the best price I could find online, which was a big plus. My order actually arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise.
Everything was well packaged, and I received the correct contact lenses with no issues at all. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free.
I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend them to others!

Slow to dispatch Biotrue contact lenses. These are popular lenses which I have never known a stock delay with my usual supplier, Alensa. Would not use The Optical Store again

The particular lenses you ordered come with a clearly stated lead time of up to 10 working days. This message is shown before ordering and you confirmed to us in writing that you acknowledged this when placing your order. When you reached out on day 4 to query the status, we confirmed your order was still very much on schedule to be delivered to you within the stated timeframe.
We completely understand that waiting isn’t ideal, but nothing here was delayed or outside of what was agreed at purchase.
We work hard to be upfront about delivery times, especially for specialist lenses like yours that require additional processing, so customers know exactly what to expect. This is one of those situations where everything was proceeding exactly as outlined - so a 1-star review here feels a little harsh.
If there’s anything else you’d like to discuss, we’re always here to help. Thanks again!
Ray-Ban Sunglasses
Tracked down a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from a TV program I was watching. Prices varied from £80 to £130 with the Optical Store being the cheapest. Decided to order late Tuesday evening and they were delivered (free) on the Thursday morning. Great product, price and service so absolutely no complaints. Would definitely buy from again.

Spot on service from start to finish. I ordered Acuvue Oasys lenses and the customer service was excellent throughout. They were friendly, helpful and very easy to deal with. I’d happily order from them again and would definitely recommend them.

Very very pleased with the excellent service and speedy delivery and quick response with my query today.
I have a subscription through the Opical Store and was worried about delivery and payment.
I went online and filled out a form, within the hour I received a phone call and email and by the end of the day my contacts were at home, even before I'd gotten home from work!!
Thanks largely, I think, to Tom, who called me, emailed me and personally delivered the contacts to my home, isn't that amazing attention to detail!!
Have used this company over the years to order my daily contacts and am now using them for my monthly contacts.
Always a very quick delivery and such a wonderful team!!
