I placed an order back in July and as of today I have not received my order. I've reached out to the support team over 6 times and I get a different response each time. The new response is that I gave them an incorrect address which is untrue. I know my address and responded with the original request which is my correct address. They aren't willing to research and send one sentences responses which are not accurate. This is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

I ordered boots from theosterling.com. The website says they are in Canada, when i got the tracking information it shows the boots coming from china. I reached out to support and was told they use many different manufacture-ring sites and shipping partners. I took a screenshot from there own website showing the shipping partners they use and China was not on the list. I emailed back with the picture and explained the product is supposed to be from Canada and was told they have factories all over.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Theo Sterling, not even mentioning how long did it take to arrive, they came without a shoe box or a packaging box. The shoes had no brand name on them, they were releasing toxic gas that smelled so bad, and they look like being made of thin rubber, the size were not what I ordered , and the shoes did not look like what they advertised online at all. Then I requested right away for a return, but got thrown with an unknown address in Turkish, which I couldn’t even locate it on Google map, however, the shoes were originally shipped from Shenzhen in China. They intentionally make it impossible for me to return the shoes so that I have to keep them. Please be aware, this company is definitely a scam!!!

paid and never got product they said after a month it had been delivered

I believe this company to be professional scammers. I ordered a pair of shoes 4 weeks ago and just received them. When I received the shoes, they were the wrong size. The shoes came from China, they sent me an email and an address to send to turkey and I pay for it. They offered to send me another pair for $29.99. plus pay for return shipment to Turkey. Instead of doing an even swap, they want you to pay shipping and additional for another pair of shoes.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would!

After waiting FOUR WEEKS to receive the shoes I ordered, they finally arrived—and they sent me the WRONG SIZE! I clearly ordered a women’s US size 7, and the shoes I received are marked 245, which is not the women’s size 7 I ordered, a 245, is a men’s size 7!

As frustrating as waiting four weeks was, what has been even worse is trying to get this resolved. I am absolutely EXASPERATED with this so-called company and what they apparently consider “customer service.” Instead of simply acknowledging their mistake and making it right, I have had to go back and forth trying to resolve something that should have been incredibly simple: I ordered a women’s size 7. Send me the women’s size 7 I paid for!

Their customer service has been an absolute joke. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been so horrible that I feel other potential customers deserve to know what they may be dealing with.

I will NEVER, EVER attempt to purchase anything from this company again, and I certainly would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE. If something goes wrong with your order, good luck getting them to take responsibility and make it right.

Do not buy from this website.
Their shoes are cheap plastic and they do not allow you to return the shoes with a refund. They will only give you back 30% of what you paid.
Very dishonest. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered a pair of shoes 7 weeks ago and have not received them yet. I have sent messages to customer service asking to cancel and refund the order since they have not shipped and they told me they cannot do that but my order would ship very soon. More than 2 weeks go by and still nothing. I have again demanded a refund. This company says they are out of Canada but they are not. I was given a tracking number from China, which was probably a fake number. After numerous emails back and forth they told me I could pick any item from their site since my package was “lost by the shipper”. I declined and asked for a refund and then they said to let them know the return tracking number or I could keep the item at 30% off. I never even received an item. This company is a complete scam. DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Do your research - this company states it is in Canada but all returns must be returned across the world at a cost that is 3x price of product. They state on their website that you must pay to return product but never mention where returns must be sent. In our case they had to be returned to Turkey at the cost of $300-$400. Shoes took forever to arrive, no branding anywhere on packaging, no branding on shoes, no packing list and the shoes shipped from Chicago, IL?? Condescending customer service who only tries to talk you into buying replacement product and then settles by offering for you to keep product at 50% off which is a joke as the product has no value if you cannot use it and will need to donate it. Quality of product is questionable and highly doubt they are genuine leather- again why no branding on the shoes? Complete scam and would highly recommend staying away from this company.
