Buddhima and Alice were very helpful in completing my transaction quickly and smoothly. They were always available to take my calls and kept email correspondence concise and focused, which allowed me to concentrate on the key areas, such as indemnities. They also dealt promptly with other enquiries - for example, the inclusion of certain furnishings - so I only needed to share my view and they handled the rest.

The Partnership app is great for having everything in one place.

Where they let us down was in their slowness to respond to enquiries, even when our buyer was also using The Partnership. So at critical times it relied on our Estste agent constantly chasing to ensure progress.

Even then there were aspects of the transactions (i.e. house contents not included in the sale where we were asking for money, where there was never any resolution).

The service they have is excellent, you send an enquiry you will be answered quickly, all the file are organised and dated.

From start to finish, the whole process went really smoothly. All the employees communicated well, both through the portal plus on the telephone and explained the process in straight forward language. They were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

We found having to do everything via the app clunky and impersonal. We could speak to people on the phone or email but when we emailed documents we were told they had to go via the app. The fees we had paid for our initial sale that fell through we felt were not clearly recorded to move across to the sale that subsequently completed leading to a lot of confusion. Some fees were incorrectly double counted and we had to ask for them to be reimbursed which they were.
In a positive note our questions were responded to quickly and once we got used to the app it became easier.

The platform was easy to use and good for understanding the process and timeline.

Makya, Ronnie, Sophie and Gero have all been absolutely amazing in enabling us to buy our house. They gave us regular updates and were so professional throughout. The Partnerships Portal is great. Anytime I called, Makya always knew exactly what was happening and what was needed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent Conveyancer

Professional service, always answered emails promptly and kept us informed throughout. Very efficient and great value for the service they gave.

I did not like the portal system or the reliance on special deliveries and would have preferred more direct communication by email with your staff. The weekly updates were not always sent on a weekly basis, and some of the requests were confusing to someone like me who is not used to dealing with such matters. And finally, to send a message through the portal on the day before completion to request the TR1 forms by special delivery when they had been sent a few weeks previously to your office was careless.

I was really impressed with The Partnership. I am unable to get to a solicitor due to health reasons so I needed a reliable online provider and I'm glad I chose The Partnership. They were extremely efficient and informative all the way through. Thoroughly recommended!

Honestly a top experience working with the partnership team purchasing my first property in the UK. The team were extremely attentive, always available to speak and give an update and I always had a latest view on work ongoing. Would highly recommend working with the team!

However 'The Partnership' as recommended by our Estate Agents Bournes, offered a fantastic service.
They 'held our hand' from start to finish, with phone calls from real people when required.
In addition, they provided a weekly update via their online portal, so we knew what was happening.
Fees agreed beforehand, and kept to, with no surprises.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

The status pie chart is a fantastically helpful tool; in fact the whole portal system is brilliant and made everything very transparent and clear. The company is professional with a well organised communication portal, and I felt supported throughout my transaction. However, there were a few lapses: the lawyer handling my case missed some follow-ups and once misstated the source-of-funds requirements, which caused unnecessary stress. I would use the company again, but clearer communication focused on my enquiries would be a welcome improvement.

We have used The Partnership for 3 house purchases/sales now and have always been impressed. They stood out in comparison to the other solicitors in the chain, and were communicative and highly efficient in processing the legalities of the purchase and sale.

We were first-time buyers and our purchase fell through. The property had serious problems, but the process with The Partnership was frustrating.

We felt we had to be the ones to spot all the risks. When we asked for clear advice on complex legal issues (like a missing Wayleave Agreement), we got definitions, not a real explanation of what it meant for us. We had to push constantly.

They gave us wrong information that hurt our negotiations. We were told indemnity insurance for a Party Wall issue wasn't available, so we argued that point with the seller. Weeks later, a quote for that exact policy just silently appeared from them. It made us look foolish. They also ignored some specific questions we asked.

The whole thing was slow. They sent enquiries rarely and in big batches, which dragged the process out for months and made the seller think we were messing them around. The client portal is outdated, clunky, and makes tracking difficult.

While we avoided buying a problematic property, it felt largely due to our own diligence, not the firm's proactive guidance. The service lacked clear advice, accuracy, and efficiency.

We were impressed with the online dashboard and area that kept track of where we were and what was still outstanding. We were also impressed with the quick responses to any questions we had, and the professionalism with which the whole process was handled.
