I visited the Bromly branch this afternoon and was greeted by a lovely, young assistant Kemi. Her people skills and customer care was next to none. She was professionally friendly and gave great service and advice. What a delightful assistant.

Good customer service
I visited one shop that sells perfume and the lady wasn’t friendly so I moved to the perfume shop on 3rd June and the two guys there were so friendly and they helped show different perfumes before I settled for scandal intense and I love it .They helped me order online as they didn’t have it in stock due to demand and it was delivered next day.
