We were served by Hamaad. He is truly an asset to the store. He was super helpful, kind and attentive. He went through our needs and we ended up purchasing a £100+ perfume which we never knew we needed, smells amazing!! He gave top tier recommendations too!

I came in today with a few friends and hamad was helping us out. He was very kind and accommodating and looked after us so well!! We ended up buying a perfume from his recommendation. :)

Hamaad was amazing, helped me for my long shopping journey with nothing but enthusiasm, definitely will be returning and fingers crossed he can help me out again next time!! :)

The whole experience was joyful entertaining, no forceful marketing where u feel obliged to buy anything just because someone in the shop gave u a few minutes of their own time, i shared that experience with sonia who was incredibly helpful, u come in with 0 knowledge, u come out knowing what u like and what u don't like, I'm defo coming back cause the discounts she offered were unreal.

Ethan, I wish every sales person is like Ethan, he is amazing, and really informs you of different types of fragrances from new to even old, the help made me choose a really nice fragrance. many many thanks ETHAN

I visited the branch in the bullring yesterday which was the 31st October at around 1030 to make a purchase for my husband and myself but was ignored by the member of staff. Initially there was only one staff on an asian lady who refused to acknowledge me and served another lady first. eventually a second girl came out with blonde hair who serving other customers and I asked her for help, she said she was with other customers and she’d come and help me which she did. When I said to her that I was there before the other customer she tried to justify the asian lady’s actions by saying she hadn’t seen me as they were busy. The asian lady tried to say that she’d not ignored me on purpose but I know she did has the other customers had come in after me and she’d blanked me.
The blonde girls service was great and when I said to her that I’d been waiting ages but the older Asian lady couldn’t be bothered she once again tried to protect the other member of staff by saying that when it’s busy you don’t always see who next but i do think she was just trying to make excuses for the older lady behaviour who has now left to go serve other customers. This is the first time I shopped there and it will be the last and I would only go back if I saw the blonde girl there in future I’ll shop at boots or fragrance shop.

Ethan provided great customer service and showed a range of different fragrances which helped me pick the correct sent for me!
