We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Lovely staff!
We popped in today at St David’s Cardiff - we didn’t realise they were about to close (sorry!) but the staff were more than happy to help us. Natasha served us and advised on perfumes and aftershaves for our holiday next month and let us try out a few new fragrances. Wonderful experience in store and really great customer service - couldn’t have been more helpful! Thanks again!

Aaliya from the Cardiff shop in St Davids was an absolute gem, give her a raise! She worked within our budget and was able to narrow down exactly what we were after based on the scents we liked. We were shopping for his and her wedding gifts and she was able to pull out pairs from different brands, explain the difference of concentration levels and even helped us decide on gift wrapping when we explained to her we'd be taking the gifts abroad!
She is an absolute asset to the store and a really lovely person. Good knowledge and amazing service, super happy. :)

Wow 😄 excellent experience shopping 🛍️ at the perfume shop I highly recommend it 😄. All the staff were friendly & welcoming 😄I was served by Leona. She was helpful & gave great advice on perfumes allowing me to try & sample also showing me all the bottle sizes 😄. No hard sale tactics 🙅 great bargains on high end perfumes so that sucured me a deal on X2 perfumes with a discount 🤑& a VIP rewards card😆. So how can you say no to thet 🤷I will look forward 2 shopping 🛍️ there again soon thank you 😘
