Their Service is Excellent
I went in knowing I wanted to buy something, I just didn't know what. The staff were very helpful in asking me questions and linking scents to my answers. They took time in making sure I was happy with what I picked even when there's was a lot of customers in the store. Their service was very thorough and personal which is always a great thing in a retail store. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is either unsure or inexperienced in fragrances and sprays. They also gift wrap which I will definitely be coming back for around Christmas!

I had an excellent experience at the Perfume Shop thanks to Brianna (Highcross store). I came into the store feeling quite stressed after having some negative experiences in other shops, where I felt I hadn't been treated very well. Brianna took the time to listen to me, understand my concerns, and made me feel valued as a customer.
She was incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating throughout my visit. Her knowledge and advice were outstanding, and she helped me make the right choice without any pressure. What really stood out was her genuine kindness and professionalism, which completely turned my day around.
Customer service like this is rare, and Brianna is a real credit to the Perfume Shop. I left feeling happy, appreciated, and confident in my purchase. Thank you, Brianna, for providing such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this store based on the excellent service I received.
