Exceptional Customer Service
At the Highcross Leicester store Lilly was really helpful for when I was looking for a gift and shown me several options after asking a few questions to get the right scent for whom I was buying for. Lovely friendly service from her and her colleague whose name I didn’t get but deserves recognition for. As she neatly wrapped the present for me. Thank you for making it an easy pleasant shopping experience and for the free gift :) I would come again to be served by Lilly!

After visiting the Highcross Leicester store on Tuesday I would highly recommend going, Cara served me and she was so polite, helpful and friendly! Not very often do you receive such good customer service but she made my purchase such an easy experience 10/10
