I popped into the perfume shop at…
I popped into the perfume shop at Trostre Park Llanelli yesterday on the hunt for a new signature scent for my upcoming holiday to Tenerife where I was served by the wonderful Bonnie. What an amazing experience!! We discussed my favourite scents and their profiles before she spent time selecting numerous new possibilities for me and allowing me to try each one. We settled upon 4 potential favourites at which point I really couldn't decide, so ended up taking atomisers of all 4. I've since decided upon my 2 absolute favorites, ysl myslf l'absolu and jpg la male elixir. I'm planning on calling back in over the next week or two to purchase a bottle of each. Thank you Bonnie, you are brilliant. For a completely personalised experience I highly recommend a visit.

I don’t often write reviews but I felt I needed to after my experience in the llanelli store yesterday. The shop assistant Bonnie was very helpful and informative when I was indecisive on what perfume to get for my niece. She was very friendly and made the process so quick and easy. So thank you, I will be definitely be returning to this store in the near future.

Fantastic
I have visited the perfume shop in llanelli many times, and every visit has been a great experience. I've had the pleasure of dealing with several customer service representatives, and they have all been excellent. Yvonne, in particular, is absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The other ladies are just as welcoming and helpful. I would definitely return and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.

Great shop! Much bigger than other perfume shops and has everything! I have alot of family members and they had everything I needed. The girls in the shop were really helpful too and will be going back next time I need fragrance.
