One star is far too generous for this company
Thank you for your response on Trustpilot.
However, as previously explained, this issue remains unresolved despite multiple assurances that it would be addressed. I have sent several emails regarding this matter and have received responses from your customer service team confirming that the gift card would be honoured, yet this has still not been fulfilled.
Given the length of time this has been ongoing and the number of assurances provided, I would appreciate clear confirmation of how you intend to resolve this matter. Please advise when I should expect either a refund or the re-issue of the gift card, and how this will be issued.
I would be grateful if this matter could now be resolved promptly.

😞 after the fact
Wednesday 10th December I visited the Perfume Shop ( Arndale shopping centre). I decided to buy the Montblanc Explorer 100mm as there was a flash 20% sale and the assistant said it was just on offer for that day and as I'm not from Manchester it made sense to buy it there and then.
I am a regular customer at your shop and online and up until now I have always been happy with your products and prices.
I left the shop and immediately put some on for my wife to smell.
The aftershave was great and was well pleased with it.
When arriving home I showed my daughter and 5 mins later, she shows me the same aftershave for the same price from " PERFUME PRICE" BUT.... It was for 200ml and not 100ml as I bought.
I must admit I was gutted knowing there was double the amount at the same cost elsewhere.
I would expect a difference in price obviously but to forego 100ml is very disappointing.
I did contact TPS and although apologetic they could only offer some loyalty points which is fair enough. Not complaining about TPS, they did nothing wrong but just some friendly advice it's worth checking around which I usually do so completely my fault but it's clearly worth you shopping around.
I must emphasize that I do not have anything negative to say about TPS but sharing customer experiences that's all. 🙂

Perfume journey
I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted but not 100% sure. I’ve been looking for my signature scent for a while now and Sam (I believe that was his name, I am so sorry if i got it wrong!!!) been an absolute gem and helped me find THE perfect perfume. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Given it’s only our lil Arndale TPS, it was a very luxurious experience shopping there today!
