Sam was a very helpful and knowledgeable sales advisor. Gave us a selection of scents based on previous purchases and history. Found 2 that were ideal for me. Not pressured. Just good service.

WILL NOT GIVE YOU REFUND EVEN IF THEY HAVE SAID THEY WILL.
I would give them 0 stars if this was an option.
I ordered two perfumes and paid extra for next day delivery. When the box came, there was only one? Reached out via the chat and the confirmed oops we did not have it in stock and should have refunded you and sent an email about it but we forgot. Got told that the refund was being sent in the next 3-10 working days.
Two weeks go by and no refund. Reached out again via the chat + email and get told that they never issued the refund and now it has been issued and will be with me in another 3-7 working days. Asked to raise a complaint but they wouldn't and only tried to give me 10% off my next order. AS IF I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN?!
Again the time has lapsed and now still no refund. Reached out via the email and got ignored.
Have now reached out to the Consumer Obudsman and raised a Mastercard Dispute to try and get my funds back.
THIS IS APPALLING.
I have all the chats and proof saved which has been sent.

Exceptional Staff
It was an amazing experience at TFS. I was served my Molly and she was absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful. I have been to other branches but the staff at this branch are exceptional which made my experience even better. I couldn’t find the fragrance I was looking for but the staff went out of their way to help me. Thank you Molly and the other staff!
