On a few occasions the product I wanted has not been available in the shop but the assistant found it online and had it delivered to my home address at no extra charge. Great service.

Thought I was going to get a free gift. Brought the larger bottle of perfume for £140 so I could get free gift. Only got free sample bottle of perfume which you give away to any customers that don't
