Amazing Service from Michelle
Had a great experience today while looking to purchase a new everyday fragrance. Was helped by Michelle the store manager who was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I can be a very indecisive shopper. 100% would recommend visiting if you are needing help picking your new favourite fragrance!

Michelle, the store manager was super friendly, helpful and full of knowledge. Her friendly approach and patience meant that I could smell lots of different fragrances as well as ask questions. Her customer service was excellent and her help was massively appreciated. Great service 10/10. Super happy customer ☺️

exceptional service
i was served by Lucy who could not have been more helpful. She helped me choose a suitable aftershave and ordered it for delivery to my home. I ordered at 5.00pm on Friday and it was delivered at 10.30am Saturday. unbelievable and exceptional service.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Perfume shop Newport/South Wales.
What an incredible experience,everytime I have to visit is normally in a panic,however luckily for me Lisa has always been my guide to get things right,today I also had the pleasure of been dealt with by Caitlyn who was simply stunning with her service delivery.
She helped me to choose the best perfume,this store is simply stunning to the point I would certainly offer them a post at my company.
They represent so well and are totally knowledge led regarding the products they provide.
Huge thank you as I gained ten more points for giving my wife a bottle of Valentino which I didn’t even smell,

Me and my partner went into the Newport…
Me and my partner went into the Newport spytty shop and we had the best costumer service by the lovely woman named Lisa, she was very helpful from the moment we walked in we wasn’t sure what we wanted to get but she guided us through a range of different products to find the right one. I’m very happy with my purchase Will be going back very soon:)
