Fab experience today at the Rushden Lakes store! The two ladies there were so helpful and kind to me and so lovely with my two daughters. Will definitely return, 5 star experience and customer service!

I had a fantastic experience with Emily at the perfume shop. I initially spoke to her about placing an online order, but the delivery time was around three days—and I’d previously had an issue where the perfumes I ordered online didn’t smell quite like the originals.
Emily really went above and beyond. She took her time to carefully select four fragrances for me, ensuring they matched exactly what I was looking for, and even price-matched them to the online prices. When I came in to the shop just a few hours later, everything was already prepared and waiting for me.
She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. It made such a difference having that personal touch and reassurance. Outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

My experience at the Rushden lakes store was phenomenal from start to finish. All the staff were very attentive and assisted me in finding the best gift. They have stock of a lot of items that other stores at Rushden lakes don’t have and some of the best deals. Definitely going to be my go to shop for my perfumes!!

I recently bought an aftershave from The Perfume Shop and had a fantastic experience. Amber, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect scent without making me feel rushed.

The aftershave itself smells amazing – fresh, long-lasting, and perfect for everyday wear. You can really tell the quality.

What really made the visit stand out was Amber’s excellent customer service. She made the whole experience enjoyable and went above and beyond to help. I’ll definitely be coming back to The Perfume Shop in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new fragrance.

First of all want to say a big thanks to Courtney, Amber and Angel. They were all so helpful and friendly. They showed me options of my preferred sent that they thought I would like and they took the time to help me choose. Second the options they have available are amazing, they also do their own brand of perfume that are inspired by the more expensive brands they do but they're way more affordable. Definitely advise becoming a member as you do get great deals as well. Definitely my No1 shop for perfume.

Went to visit The Perfume Shop at Rushden Lakes to get a brand in for Christmas this year. While I couldn't remember what brand I was asked to get, the girl who served me really helped me out in taking a chance on what to get. Very serious about her job for the time she worked, dedicating time and resourcefulness to help me find the Perfume that sits the best with me. Kudos to you Ember!

Eitherway it was a great environment there and with the help of their customer service, I walked out with something I am sure is within my best interest.

I ordered Prada Paradigme online; it's Quick and easy, and delivery is fast. Very satisfied.
