Holly was excellent....extremely friendly and found the products we wanted instantly, whilst recommending others to try.

Was assisted by Holly who was a delight in helping choose gifts.

Amazing service from start to finish! I was served by Amber, I believe she’s the store manager, and she made my experience in store wonderful! Definitely will visit again a great addition to the lakes!

Great service with excellent sales skills highly recommend, went in with no idea what to get, came out with two great deals for my husband and son for Christmas, will be back

Emily at the Rushden Lakes shops was absolutely amazing, helping us find the best birthday present for my sister of a mini perfume set and the gift wrap was amazing. Big thank you!!

We recently purchased perfumes worth £260 from the Rushden Lakes store and were assisted by Angel. She was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere of the store was warm and welcoming, and Angel’s service made the experience even better. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. My partner and I truly appreciated the way she assisted us. Thank you for making our visit special!

On a miserable rainy day I popped into The Perfume Shop at Rushden Lakes and was delighted with how friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and the overall fab customer service I received from Eden and Amber. I commented to them how lovely they were and it makes a change compared to some shops I go into as I hate bad customer service so I always ensure I tell anyone that give me service with a smile, as it makes all the difference. Thanks girls I will be back and will recommend to all my family and friends!
