Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Great service I purchased a item online and another in shop payed for gift wrapping in shop and wished I'd had online item gift wrapped and called into Scunthorpe branch and asked if I could purchase this separately which she said they don't but after showing her receipt she gave me the ribbon and wrapping which she didn't have to do so was a really nice gesture

Amazing service
The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful after trying to find a perfect aftershave I was assisted by Joanne and Beci who took the time to show me some of their favourite scents 10/10 would recommend and will most definitely be returning for the amazing service with a welcoming enviroment

Attended today, served by sales assistant called Joanne. Extremely helpful and informative allowing me to make a purchase. Store was very clean with staff actively keeping the store frontage presentable, noted by the fact they were in the process of cleaning them on my entrance. Definitely a credit to the company.
