5* Customer Service
Myself and my partner visited store today, looking to sample some fragrances. Michelle was very attentive towards myself and the fragrances I use. Michelle allowed me to sample some fragrances and even recommended some that I may like before finally making a purchase. Joanna whom served my partner also supported him with his purchase, even offering to order the fragrance he wanted online to be delivered due to it being out of stock (before the last on being found). Joanna remembered the fragrances that I personally bought and those my partner bought on our last visit which we was both pleasantly surprised and impressed about.

Message in a bottle
The lady who served us, who I believe to be "Joanna", I found to be very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with from the word go. I even purchased another bottle of aftershave she recommended. Some healthy banter too which made a refreshing change. Very happy all round!

Excellent customer service.
My visit to the Scunthorpe store was on a very wet, windy, and cold day. I entered your Scunthorpe store to a beaming welcoming smile from your store assistant who was wrapping a gift for another customer. Your assistant was extremely helpful, knowledgeable of your products and assisted in completing my in store purchases by organising home delivery of an out of stock item too. The shop was well presented, your staff welcoming and friendly, well done Scunthorpe Perfume Shop.
