Was greeted by Connie upon arriving to the moment I left she was there to answer any and all questions. She was particularly helpful with advising me on aftershaves I’d like after describing the scent I like. She then brilliant advised me on the perks of signing up.

I needed to purchase a birthday gift and Carla was really helpful, went through all of the options to help me make a decision and told me about the great offers instore. She also told me about a fab wrapping service that they have available - I would 100% recommend!

Sensible approach to browsing fragrances
Enjoyed popping in to have a look at various bottles I’d had my eye on. I appreciated that I wasn’t jumped on the second I walked through the door and allowed time to browse before 5 or so mins later offered any help. Even explaining that an offer wasn’t valid on an item I was interested in was good to know prior to the till.
I don’t use TPS for the loyalty scheme especially due to the poor ‘items’ but the stores and online for their deals and availability are always a go to place, touchwood store is no exception great staff, great location and accessibility
