Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I've been buying stuff from this shop for quite some time and these beautiful ladies, Tanzena and Pauline from surrey store, who have been very helpful, confident and patient with their Job and they help me give good recommendations for gifts for my special family and friends. I recommend a pay rise and treats for them.

Mai has been incredible
Mai (Surrey Quays Shopping Center Branch) has been incredible, this is probably the 5th time she listens and find the right flagrance for me! Mai thinks on her feet, knows the ingredients, knows the products, explores wuth joy and is so happy to keep going till you find the dream flagrance. We went through 15 perfumes and left with two. Mai you are the dream! thank you so much once again, Saby ( Chloe and Dior 😀)

Great experience
Great experience. I had a love2shop e-gift card and was having a hard time using it. I came into the Surrey Quays centre and to the Perfume Shop and Mai helped me to order a physical gift card. I came back today to use it on my favourite YSL Opium. Her patience and excellent customer service is to be commended. Thank you Mai and Pauline for your patience and professionilism.

I had a very welcoming visit today, the employee mai helped me pick out 2 perfumes I needed to get as a gift. She was very patient and understanding of what I needed. If I ever need to get perfume I will be coming back here.
